These staff are truly amazing. So kind and very attentive to both of my cats' needs. One of my boys is an absolute angel at the vet, loves everyone. The staff all gush over him when he's here and it's so cute! My other boy gets a little nervous and they're so patient and gentle with him. I'll keep going here as long as I live close by.

Everyone is kind even after meeting Gizmo and hearing the song of her people for hours. Edit five months later - after her surgery she was never the same and finally last week we brough her in to say goodbye. The final mistake as it turns out. Without going into too many details, and notwithstanding my own inability to stay calm, the experience was not kind. I wanted to hold her while she got her sedative and they insisted on putting my baby in a muzzle! Then, instead of the second quiet shot and done, they shaved her leg and attached an IV which took multiple attempts. I could tell she was agitated, and if she didn't feel pain as they assured me, but I didn't believe, I felt every jab. By the time the doctor let me hold her for the final shot I didn't even want him to touch her.
