Oh they were so good to Lillah. Sweet. Listened and I just can't say enough. We had to go in twice w/in 6 days. Sadly our cat had to be put down to sleep. They were so understandable and gave us as much time as needed. I would go back again. I hope I would never have to, however I have full confidence in the 2 doctors Lillah saw there. Thank you
We took our old sick cat, Bandit, here last night to be humanely euthanized. Everyone we encountered here was extremely kind and understanding. They put us in a room with a couch, blankets, treats, everything to make you and your baby as comfortable as possible. We cuddled on the couch with him until it was time. They gave us all the time in the world and didn't make us feel rushed. The vet in particular was kind, empathetic, and overall an exceptional human. She listened empathized when we shared some of our favorite memories with our baby boy. We won't forget what you did for our family, thank you.
Took my dog in for unexplained vomiting of stomach acid. Waited about 2 hours to be seen (this was expected). They were unable to diagnose it off a regular exam and I could not afford to pay the $1000 they estimated for further testing so we ended up giving him fluids and an anti nausea pill. When they gave him back to me the tech told me she gave him treats that may have had chicken in them. I had specifically told THAT tech he was ALLERGIC TO CHICKEN! I told her at intake that he had a very weak stomach on a normal day and i rarely give him any kind of new treats. The tech didn’t seem bothered at all. My dog seems okay since the visit but I will not be going back
I called this place because our fur baby (senior dog) had been having trouble breathing. While waiting to speak with someone, our fur baby coughed up blood. The lady who answered the phone was so calm, sympathetic and reassuring. She told me what I needed to do before arriving (online paperwork) and to call when we got there and we would be a rush priority. Unfortunately our fur baby died on the way. Upon arrival, they were so sweet and the vet who checked her vitals reassured us we did nothing wrong and unfortunately these things happen. They were so sweet and made a very traumatic experience easier to handle. Thank you for your compassion and strength during our difficult time.
They were so great. Such wonderful staff. They went with the least invasive procedure for my old cat. I can’t thank them enough. For an Emergency Clinic the wait was long but nothing like some of the other ones.
My cat was attacked by another animal Monday night, since then he hasn't been able to walk and is obviously in pain, so I brought him in at 4am this morning just for the vet to tell me to wait another 24 hours to see if he will start walking regularly by then, we already been waiting since Monday, I don't understand why he insisted on another 24 hours, other than he didn't want to deal with it. My cat is still unable to put pressure on his leg I'll bet in 16 hours he still won't be able to put pressure on his leg. I won't be bringing him back to this emergency vet. Unknowledgeable, and major lack of motivation and attention to my cats needs.
