Description "Each VCA hospital has health and safety protocols in place based on health care best practices as well as state and local guidance and regulations."
If there was a way to give zero stars, I would I used to be a very big fan of this animal hospital however, over the past two years the service has gone downhill and fast. They don’t keep doctors longer than a month or two and by the time you make a next appointment, there’s all new doctors. They can’t find a full-time doctor to work there so getting my dog spayed had become an issue. Thing is they want you to spay and neuter yet they don’t have a doctor there to perform the surgery after raising German Shepherd for years having a shepherd since I was six years old I was told I must be a first time shepherd owner when I asked about anxiety medicine for one of my dogs to help her deal with thunderstorm I have never had a shepherd that acts the way she does and needed some help, I felt like I was being judged. I felt like I didn’t get the answers I needed, and I finally took my dog and walked out very careful of their new policies.
So grateful to have found a quality place and warm people. I had a bad experience with the commercial vet clinics like Petco and Petsmart. Upon arrival here, I was greeted by two beautiful ladies at the front desk that made me comfortable and listened to my needs for my pet Bailey. Bailey had been struggling with a skin problem which she encounters every season. This clinic listened and delivered! Now, Bailey is feeling 100% better and is back to my precious dog. She’s happy, she’s playing, she’s smiling. Forever grateful.
I visited VCA for the first time yesterday to groom my 100+ pound, double coated Great Pyrenees. If I had to score the facility on first impressions customer service, then I would probably give it 2 stars. The lady at the front desk could use additional training... HOWEVER the groomer, Sarah, made up for that experience with her skills, attentiveness, and communication. With such a large dog, most groomers cut him low and keep it moving; but not Sarah. She kept his fluffyness, deshed, and whitened his beautiful coat 😍. I would absolutely recommend Sarah for any breed's grooming needs.
Very friendly staff eager to bond with you and your pet. Extremely good at reminding patients when their appointment is and with whom. The atmosphere in the lobby is calm and comforting, with benches for animals to sit next to their humans. Doctors are professional and courteous to owners, being sure to answer all questions we might have (no matter how small). Thank you VCA Terrell Mill! Lilith and I love you
I had to take one of my cars for an exam only to find out that he needed to have all of his teeth extracted. They ran tests as well and discovered he was diabetic. It has been a very stressful time for me, but the staff at VCA have been so helpful and caring to me and Windu. They’ve answered all of my questions and have called to check in on Windu post surgery, they’ve explained the tests and did a great job with explaining discharge after surgery. They really care about the animals and it shows. They had the names of the animals they were seeing on the board.
VCA has always been good to us! The staff know my dog's name by heart and are very sweet to him, and everyone is very nice; helping us out with appointments, recommendations for our dog, etc. I recommend VCA if you're looking for a caring and friendly vet location for your pet!
