We had an education our first trip to any animal emergency room. Once we understood the staffing and availability for care at such a late hour, we should have regrouped and simply came back the next day. We did actually do that and Dr. Walker had our dog better in 48 hours with her evaluation and plan. I'm currently sitting in their exam room #1 right now with our other dog Charlie. I expect the same results for his issues and highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of care. My suggestion is if it is not an emergency and you have the means to return the next day during normal business hours that is the smart play. Thank OSO VAC.

Great experience, friendly staff, thorough communication and instructions from the veterinarian. Our Boxer came in with a brutal cut on her eye. Considering the number of other pet owners there with emergencies, I thought we would be there forever…we were seen and helped within a very timely manner. They even had a nice coffee bar plus a variety of snacks for my children in the waiting area. clean refreshing facility with caring staff. Very pleasant experience. 5 stars

Great customer service! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were able to see us immediately when all other vets weren't able to accept new patients until three weeks out. Dr. Walker was amazing!

I brought my penny in Sunday with a bad eye infection oozing out of her eyes Everyone at Oso Creek animal Hospital was very professional and awesome. The doctor was so nice and so was the vet tech My penny is doing fine now her eyes are clearing up and they look great. Thank you again.

Our 1 year old Irish Poodle swallowed a footie sock. It wasn't passing. Vomited for a day before we took her in because we didn't know that ingestion had happened, hoped the vomiting would resolve. We took her to her usual vet (Winsor Park). They did an awesome job with the surgery and the staff was awesome! Since they aren't 24 hours, and we wanted direct monitoring through the night post op, we transfered our 'Autumn' to Oso for continued recovery care. The Vet and vet techs at Oso were also awesome! They were quick to answer questions and explain everything going on. My wife and I are both critical care RNs, so much translated well....but we still had some questions. They were great. They even allowed us to visit with her both days so she would know we weren't abandoning her, and were still around ♥️Her gut wasn't waking up very quick, so Autumn stayed there for 2 days, until they, and us, were confident with her release. I wanted to thank the Vet (sorry,can't remember the names) and the vet techs Marti & Adrian. Everyone was awesome. Thank you for making sure Autumn got home. She is doing well!!

Animal emergencies are stressful. My dog was very sick, contagious, and it was a weekend--we were stressed! We took her to the VCA OSO Creek Animal Hospital in Corpus Christi and they were calm, which helped us stay calm. They were careful, compassionate, and reasonable. The facility was spotless. I am impressed with their service.
