Last year I brought my 2 year old healthy puppy here to be groomed - and he left with corneal ulcers in both eyes that resulted in my having to take him to the emergency vet that night, be on medications for days, and then emergency surgery on one of his eyes because the ulcer was not healing and could cause long term damage. Do not bring your dog here. (Not only did they severely harm my puppy, they also failed to fix the issue. I shared all documentation with the PetSmart management team - and they tried to pay for $300 - of the $1700+ medical bills.) please protect your pets and do not bring them here.

If I can give zero stars I would. I came in for my appointment today and the person that I HAD TO GREET AND SAY GOOD MORNING to who was Claire was immediately bothered by us entering the location of where she gets paid. Her entire energy was off and annoyed. The store hasn’t even been opened long for her service to be this horrible!! I ignored her customer service and just proceeded to let her look at the computer because she had not said one word to me upon our arrival. After a few she said is this appointment for “Rocky” I told her yes. Another moment of silence as she looks in the computer. She proceeds with the next question and stated “do you have proof of rabies” I said no. she should know as this is not our first time there. Her initial encounter with us was to make sure she would not service us today. She then ask well how old is he😒 told her he’s not 3 months yet. Another moment of silence. And she comes out of the door and her energy towards the puppy was immediately noticed and felt and the puppy begins to bark which throws her off. He licks her and she kept coming at him with such intensity that he started barking more and she felt scared and proceeds to ask is this his first time I said no this is now the third time. She goes to the back and declines the service and stated to come back when the other groomer is there because she was not comfortable. I told her that her attitude and energy was so off that the dogs feel this and she needed to change her attitude for the next customers because her attitude just stinks. She looked as if she was stoned out of her mind and had zero desire to be at the place where her pay check comes from. I spent my time and gas to go there to simply be declined because she was inexperienced and high. Such disappointment and lack of empathy from your PetSmart employee. You need to be careful who is handling these animals. I’m glad we were declined service because I can only imagine how she would treat my puppy back there. Please keep an eye on this Claire employee of yours!

Well, this Petsmart has finally left me with no choice but to switch to Chewy. Literally 95% of the time I come here to get my dogs food, they’re out of it. Just a blank space. No idea why the managers haven’t been smart enough to ORDER MORE so you aren’t constantly out of it- but they aren’t. So I continually waste time and money coming up here, for nothing. Miraculously half the time they have the huge bags available for $125+, but none of the smaller bags.

Had a great experience here in the fish department. I wish I could have gotten the guys name. He helped me and my daughter make a decision about some fish and other things for a small tank she got for Christmas. She got a male Beta and the guy was super helpful on everything on recommending additional fish for a bigger tank to not getting another fish with the beta. I can’t say enough about the guy extremely helpful.

Anything you need they have it here. Even chicken legs for your big dogs . I purchased beds for my dogs , they have variety , but I still find Amazon to be more affordable.

We recently came here after getting our first family puppy. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about what types of toys/food to get. They really went out of their way to help us, and we wanted to give them a special shout out!
