I rushed over before looking up another hospitals. Because my bird was so sick. Phone service here was great, they were helpful and gave me instructions on what to do when I got there. Once I was there they put me in a room and told me they were working with patients and they would be with me shortly. This is why I gave 4 instead of 5.. I really wish they would of brought my baby to the back to sit inside a warming chamber while I waited. Instead I was put in a room with dying bird for about 20 minutes before being seen. Once they took him I felt better and so did he. They saved my bird. And for that I'm so thankful. I do believe they are short staff and that's why it took so long to get to me. I did stick my head out and asked if they wanted my paper worker and the tech was very short with me. I get it she was busy and rushing through an emergency.

Very happy with the staff and care they gave my dog. The exam and meds were higher than usual but it's after hours on the Weekend . My Sasha is much better now. Thanks

Warning Do not use this negligent place!! BEWARE Such an atrocious place!! They are a detriment to the ANIMALS!!!! Lindsay is the most hideous human being. She hates her job and takes it out on the animals and pet parents. She is RUDE, and it is my belief she neglects the animals in her care during her shift. Seems the animals are bothersome and annoying. Paige the partner lies, straight up, and seems the actual VET is a FIBBER as well, all at the expense of the poor animals. This place is a sham, pathological liars, and once again all about the MONEY!!

I have had to use PEC on a few occasions with my fur babies and I always knew they would be in good hands. Dr. Keiser and his team are very responsive in such emergency situations. I am beyond thankful this place was available when my normal vet was not.

Great job saving my puppy that was so sick with Parvo. Caring staff and prices were reasonable.

I'm extremely disappointed in this place, and heart broken. The only reason I choose this place was because it was the only emergency hospital open during the weekend; when my little ferret was having problems due to a blockage in his stomach. They lack compassion, empathy, and I truly believe they don't care about the animals, only the currency. I wasn't reassured at all I didn't feel like they wanted to help, and when the time came they couldn't even tell me WHAT was in his system, only that it was a blockage, regardless for all the test we paid for that apparently didn't help them. Also... one of the staff members actually had the audacity to say, "I've never done surgery on a ferret before" before leaving him in their care... would you want to hear that from the person who's suppose to save your baby? My little man was alive before we went in, but after spending two days there, and a thousand + dollars, he died. I'll never get to play with him again, or be with him. I just wanted more time with him.
