The owner likes to play the victim and gaslight you (professionally, of course) when an issue arises surrounding your dog. Camp Bow Wow claims that they have all these safety protocols and what not while the dog is there and before they leave. This is not true, and if it is true they do a pretty bad job of it. Honestly I’m beyond disappointed about the things I’ve been told and seen for myself and all the excuses or coverups she’s done. This lady does not care about the animals just money and her image. Do NOT bring your pup here.

I have been bringing my dogs to Camp Bow Wow for over three years. Cindy and Mike along with the entire staff are the absolute best! I know that my dogs are being cared for, loved and treated as their own. It gives me such peace to be able to put my dogs in their care while working or needing them to board. Recommend this doggie daycare/boarding with no hesitation.

My dog was injured here, which is fine I understand that stuff happens and that it was a potential risk. What I’m not okay with is how Cindy and Mike, the owners handled my situation. To make a long story short they pretty much called me a liar and alluded that my dog was injured beforehand or after leaving and not while at their camp bow wow facility. This is simply not true. Cindy also lied about a phone call she shared with our vet. We know she lied because we went face to face to ask about what Cindy said they told her and they stated that what she was claiming was not true. She twisted their words to her benefit of course. His paws were injured and had flaps of skin missing not just normal wear and tear. He also had a hole in his neck that looked like a tooth mark and not a claw because it was very clean cut and not jagged or long like how it would be had it been a claw or nail. Cindy and Mike have both left a very poor taste in my mouth about Camp Bow Wow and my dog will not be returning. I suggest staying far away from this place.

Excellent Customer Service provided by all the Staff Members and Definitely Dog Lovers. We Loved that everyone made our Fur Baby Marley, feel at home during her initial interview. What we really loved about Camp Bow Wow, was that Staff Members are always monitoring Our Fur Baby's as they're interacting with one another, which was one of the reasons why we’ve decided to allow Camp Bow Wow to care for Our Marley. The place is clean and well maintained. Marley who will be 9 years old, has only been to 2 other facilities for Day Care and Boarding, because of some cross country trips. We weren't happy with our last boarding facility, so we began to do our due diligence on numerous boarding facility's, including Camp Bow Wow. So far Camp Bow Wow have shown us why they’ve received some very positive reviews via the internet. We feel very comfortable bringing Marley to them because of the reasons stated above. We've decided and feel Comfortable allowing Camp Bow Wow to care for Our Marley.

This was our first time boarding at a facility and were definetely nervous. I could not speak more highly of Camp Bow Wow. The interview process helped us feel comfortable with the facility and staff. While boarding, my senior dog began struggling with stress. Camp called me every day with updates and even began supplementing his diet to help soothe his stomach. They also did a wonderful groom job. We have some tired but happy pups home! I was most impressed by the attentiveness their staff pays to the animals. No phones while with the dogs was huge for us!

Absolutely unique place where pets and their parents are taken care of: Before leaving my dog here for a couple of days, we were given the opportunity to test this place for half a day and our Indy also passed the test. The entire staff is very caring and all the dogs here are physically and mentally healthy, so your pet is in good hands.
