Hot mess express!!! I’m really really upset because they disappointed my children. I was on a list after viewing the kittens twice to adopt 1 kitten and foster another. I was told by the Adoption coordinator that I could get the ones I wanted the next day. I said that was perfect because I can get all the supplies I need for my kittens. The next day I called the Coordinator as instructed to do and she said she was off work and that she called to the office and they advised her that the kitten won’t be ready until Tuesday today is FRIDAY and I had two kittens which I’m assuming she didn’t remember now I have all this SUPPLIES FOR TWO KITTENS WITH NO KITTENS. Which is very upsetting and I’m very very mad. I told her I’m going to the shelter at least they have order there. I really wanted that kitten church but I’m not waiting any more so my kids and be further disappointed….. very unprofessional

The employees here are ALWAYS SO SUPER NICE. I love good customer service!! I don’t know what I would do without this place sometimes!! I take a lot of rescue cats and try to find them good homes when I can but I’ve gotten stuck with a few so I have like seven or eight cats and every now again like three or four dogs but they usually always find homes pretty quickly so I am so grateful for this place it helps me so much being able to save the money on the free cat food and dog food means I can use the money for other things they need like worming medication, vet bills, helping get them a new home and I wouldn’t be able to do what I do without them much love and MANY BLESSINGS!!🥰🙏🥹😍😇😺🫶🏻🐶

I know of a dog being abused and i called here to get help for the dog, oh these people do nothing about that, only their in house dogs! Wat?? Any other state ive lived in the humane society does something about abuse and cruelty cases, wat a joke, she tells me we dont do anything for abused animals at all or try to help them, that really blew me away! Pathetic, florida needs to do better on this, i feel like im in the twilight zone, no help for animals being abused or neglected, its insane! You tell them that cuz its a fact and they tell you, im not letting you talk to me like that! Like wat?? The truth, they suck and are embarrassed! Good

This is where I found my best friend in the world at. I liberated, …er, adopted him several years ago and it was the best decision of my life. He also has proven to be one of the smartest pups I’ve ever had. When I’m down, he tries to cheer me up. There are times when I ask him a question and I think there’s no way he could honestly answer me, it sounds like he does. I ask him to speak for a doggy bone before I give it to him on occasion and he’ll do it without hesitation. He’s housebroken, but only has accidents in the house when he’s sick and can’t make it out the door in time, (which is rare). Loves his tennis ball. He knows what putting on his collar means, (going outside or car ride), (he don’t normally get car sick). When he sleeps, he has to sleep in the same room with me, on the bed, and touching me. This little guy loves me to death. I guess I am his world. I really lucked out in getting a good one. 😉

We came back and adopted 2 beautiful kittens! They were healthy, clean and mostly flea free. (One treatment and they were gone). The staff was helpful and efficient. You could tell the volunteers cared for all the animals. Sweet animals and nice staff. We will be going back just to visit and spend time with those cuties. Pretty clean.

😭 My husband and I had to take our puppy to this (NO KILL) shelter. It was sooo heartbreaking I can barely see from tears to type this. 😭 Stitch, our extremely loving 2yr. Old puppy reeeally needs a younger adult family that could take him in. Yes, in the house with us... he is so attentive, loving, absolutely needed to be in eye sight, or laying on or next to one of us... Or he was not happy. Loved to be petted, and lay across our laps. Omg I miss that sooo very much right now. 😭😭😭 I need a minute... I'm sorry... trying to write a review and keep balling my eyes out. Anyway, we had adopted him when he was 5 months old. He just turned 2 yrs. old March 9th, 2018! He's NEVER been around other dogs except for seeing them on walks... and believe me, his strength was extremely overwhelming for me specifically. Out of curiosity, never ever out of anger or aggression... he's literally dragged me (a 51yr. old lady with major back issues), across the street to get close to another dog that was behind a fence! It's happened a few times. He's definitely outgrown my ability to have any control of him on walks. Breaks my heart to no end. 😢 His only companionship by another animal was with his big brother... Peaches... our orange tabby kitty. We adopted both at the same time! Omg they were so close. Slept together, played, ran around our tiny place together!!! I'll try to put some pics here too. I forgot to mention that Stitch is a black and white Pit & Lab mix. Or at least that's what the shelter we adopted him from! Definitely more Pit than Lab... no doubts. He needs training badly to not jump straight up in the air on people... again, not aggressively. Just playing. He can literally curl his toes and grap the top of a 6 foot privacy fence, trying to get to a squirrel!!! He's that strong of a jumper, too. He played very rough with people. Didn't know how to just let others pet him. He had to jump straight up and dig his nails into you. That's just playing for him. Regardless, he's an absolutely beautiful, loving and attentive dog! He just needs to be introduced to other dogs his size to play with, and he needs a large yard to run and play. He loves to play fetch!!! But won't give it up easily Lol! This place took him in and I pray the right people adopt him and gives him what he needs! Other dogs to play with and a huge yard! I'm praying & praying that happens for him! I'll always miss him. He was such a loving puppy! I'll be crying for a very long time. 😭 Please, someone go take him home and love him with all your heart! Please!!! 😭😭😭
