I used to like this place. However, it seems like they started taking a lot more patients that than they can actually take. It does not matter if you make an appointment, they will not respect the scheduled time. It usually takes 3 to 4 hours to be seen even with an appointment. Last time I went, they told me the procedure they were going to do was gonna take two hours , but ended up taking seven. In addition, $37 for blood pressure reading seems a little bit excessive. Going to the vet is an experience extremely stressful for my elderly dog with anxiety. Situation is the same for my other dog as she is a rescue dog. So spending seven hours at the vet at a time is becoming too much. I used to recommend this place for their service but now I dread going there. It would be great if they actually respected the scheduled time for appointments. I think it is because they keep taking on a massive amount of patients instead of having a limit to the amount of animals they can attend while maintaining quality.I’m seriously considering changing vet. Spending entire days there and paying close to $1000 every time I go is far from sustainable. I’m growing increasingly frustrated and disappointed. Every time I used to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is standard procedure. I will gladly take recommendations to other places.

Excellent service is the word I will use to describe this hospital. The communication with us and the service they provide to my small black shitzu could not be better. My Tux is now recovering at home from abdominal surgery, thank you to everyone from the staff to the excellent doctors. They are also very transparent with the prices from the beginning.

Been coming here for years with all three of our pups. Dr. Lara is always thorough and is great with updates and communication about any issues with our dogs. The staff is wonderful and the office is always spotless. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our furry family members!!

We are very happy with the service we’ve received from TLC! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. The one thing the prevents a 5 star review… is the wait time. I think it’s great that they accept walk ins, but I wish they would prioritize appointments first, as long as the walk in is not an emergency. We have made appointments at 4pm, and aren’t seen until 5:30. We have busy schedules so that’s why we are proactive in scheduling appointments, and it’s just hard when an appointment takes almost 2 hours. This wouldn’t cause us to leave TLC, as we love the way our 4 month border collie is treated, but just something that they could re-evaluate. Other than that, great service!

Our first time coming here. We had a great experience, Mario was super nice, great with my kids, our puppy Roxy & answered all my questions! Would recommend this vet to anyone new to the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I wish we could post more than one review! So instead, I will add on... On April 1st, 2024, We came in with our very sick pug puppy Maci, and I'd just like to thank you all (techs and doctor) for making us feel so calm and reassured throughout the whole process. Any questions I had were answered, which was so nice. We were very scared and sad, but so glad you all fixed her right up, and we got to bring her home happy and healthy only 2 days later. It was totally worth the money in our eyes! If you ever have an emergency issue, bring your pets here!!! We paid cash for all our pups' expenses, which wasn't cheap, so I'd also recommend every pet owner to save aside at least $5k for pet emergencies! It made our decision to say yes even easier to whatever treatment was needed to save her life!

I love it here! The staff is always super professional and friendly! Most importantly they are very gentle in handling the animals. I have 5 cats 2 of which have been treated there successfully 1 is starting treatment today. They are very thorough and go the extra mile in trying to identify the issue. The facility is always clean and there's parking in the front and rear. I highly recommend this establishment!
