Description The Westside Adoption Center is a satellite dog adoption center operated by El Paso Animal Services. All dogs are available for adoption and include the pet's spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. Adoptions are currently available by appointment only. I got a pet on the foster to adopt program. Everyone was nice when I went to visit the shelter, but I’ve been trying to get a hold of an adoption counselor for a couple of weeks to make my dog’s adoption official. I was sent an email a week ago saying that the paperwork would be looked at but haven’t received a follow up. I would appreciate someone to reach out and help with this.
