This is such s great rescue organization that truly cares about the animals which are sheltered, keeping them clean and healthy, and they are all about making good matches with owners. I adopted 2 kittens in 2022 and they were healthy and wonderful, growing up into beautiful and loving adult cats. My grown kids adopted two kittens from them as well in 2024, and they are growing into wonderful kitties as well! Neelix (the NFC genotype), Maru (his brother, in the grays) are my cats, Theo (the ginger) and Axel (the tuxedo) are my kids' cats. Healthy, vaccinated, microchipped, fixed. What more can you ask? If you want to adopt a pet, I suggest you go there and spend a little time visiting with the animals & getting to know them and bond. I can't say enough good things about this organization.

We just got an addition to the family a couple weeks ago Sue and she is really great the workers there are really helpful no matter how many times I call and how many questions I have they always answer and are always willing to help and answer my questions I also got my dog Emma from there a couple years ago and she is a great dog. At first sue didn’t get along with Emma but now they are the bestest of friends!

I wanna say thank you for allowing us to choose riven. We had a great time there all dogs are so cute , and friendly! The staff were very nice and helpful. And riven is a great puppy and loves his new home.😊

The staff was great and very friendly. We found a dog that my wife and granddaughter fell in love with. And as it stands now I too. We treat him with loving care and he's always playful. He's our other baby now. The people were very helpful at the pet adoption shelter. We paid 200 dollars and well worth it. Shots, chip, and bath. It's a very clean place.

Great experience. Good price. Not only did they do all the shots, they also had her groomed and had a dental cleaning. She's old, blind, deaf and completely stole our hearts. If you can, adopt a senior dog! It's worth it!

I searched and searched for a puppy for over a year during the Pandemic and finally a couple months ago, I received notice about a pup that they had for adoption. I fell in LOVE, NO she wasn't what I initially thought that I wanted, but her story and face were all it took. This place may be out of the way, a bit ratty, & overwhelmed by their limited resources, but my pup had all of the medical treatments that any pup needs. Their costs for adoption are far lower in the long run than anywhere else that I checked out or visited. I live in Las Crises and searched a 250 mile radius!
