They seem serious enough to help but the air of condescension could be worked on. Also, there are a good number of rules to follow but they seem to pick and choose which ones they want to enforce. They really should do hourly or bi- hourly dorm walkthroughs.

They never have beds. I've been lending this 19yr old My phone for over a month now. Every time he calls, they tell him call next week.We can't this week call next week. He went in wednesday in person.They told him call friday.He called friday they said we can't today we're having graduations. So exactly how can anybody get help there?
