Tried to call about an aggressive dog running around my neighborhood. The prompt tells you to press 1 and when I do it says it's not a valid entry. They need to fix their phone system. Based on the other complaints it seems like the whole office needs an overhaul

They should be defunded they are untrustworthy field officers just interested in giving elderly people fines and harassing them your tax dollars enable them to harass the elderly if you don't believe me go to municipal court and see all the elderly in court for their pets it is much to my embracement to reside in El Paso and that my tax dollars help with harassing them I'm am sorry for that

I have been trying to get a copy of a response report to a nuisance constant dog barking that we have reported numerous times. I have been told that a Supervisor would get back to me. As such , it has been two weeks and I have not received a call back. I can only assume that they are overwhelmed, but a phone call is not to much to ask for.

Animal Welfare is not doing a very good job when it comes to over seeing the welfare of animals here in El Paso Tx. Loose animals are running wild. There is no accountability for so called pet owners who do not take care of their pets. What good is Animal Welfare if they can't control all the animals allowed to be in the streets.
