Description BluePearl Pet Hospital in Nashville is a 24-hour emergency vet and animal hospital. Located at 2000 12th Avenue S, Nashville, we serve surrounding communities in Middle Tennessee. Our dedicated staff is devoted to providing immediate treatment to pets suffering from urgent and critical conditions. We use diagnostic equipment such as ultrasound, X-rays and perform diagnostic blood work. Our veterinarians are equipped for emergency surgery. And we have an intensive care unit for careful monitoring of especially sick pets through the night.

I have had to go to Blue Pearl 3 times now, about a 25 min drive from my house. If it were possible to take my pets there all the time for all of their needs I absolutely would without a doubt do so! I have NEVER had an encounter with anyone who was short with me, irritated, rude, unkind or anything. They are always kind, quick, patient, and most of all sensitive to me and my fur babies! They have save 2 of my dogs from not being here anymore and I am forever grateful! I have the most appreciation for Blu Pearl!

I have taken my cat to two different Blue Pearl Hospital hospitals in the greater Nashville area. Both occasions were incredibly stressful for me and my animal and I sincerely appreciate how thoughtful and respectful all of the staff has been at both of the locations I visited. Most recently I visited the West Nashville location on 1/24/24 and was put at so much ease by how thorough the vet and all employees were with taking care of my cat. The facilities are clean and very nice, again all of the staff has been wonderful. I can also say that you are paying for some of the best service possible. I don’t have to analyze every detail on the estimates they provide because I know they will only charge me for what is absolutely essential to the treatment of my animal. The care they put into their work is very evident. I could not recommend this chain of hospitals enough. I greatly appreciate both the Franklin and West Nashville locations for all that they have done for my cat. Without them, my cat would not be sitting at home happy and healthy today.

Went in after our puppy had some bleeding after his neuter surgery that morning. We got right in and only waited about 20 minutes for them to take him back. Dr. Noel was super helpful in showing us what she did to help and stop the bleeding and explained very thoroughly what the issue was. She definitely put our minds at ease and was extremely open to my many questions. Highly recommend. Our little guys is doing great and getting some rest.

Thankful for the staff and care our monster Godzilla received. I highly recommend this facility and staff if you ever find yourself in an emergency situation with your fur baby. 'Zilla is on her way to feeling better and better each day. Felt confident and comfortable leaving her in their care.

The staff is extremely friendly upon arrival. They were very prompt to get us to an examination room and once there we didn’t have to wait for a technician, they were waiting for us. Dr. Daniel was very pleasant to discuss the surgery options and was very informative about how to approach my dogs current health concerns. The information provided to me and positive attitude and outlook on the situation gave me no concerns as to booking surgery. The surgery went well and recovery is going great.

My dog recently underwent emergency surgery. Although I didn’t choose Blue Pearl, my regular veterinarian made the referral- it turned out as well as can be expected! My big guy underwent a big surgery but after spending one night at the facility he was back home being spoiled and nursed by family. Dr. Brink did his initial work up, reviewing x-rays and lab results from the usual and vet. She explained in detail what would happen, why it needed to happen and all the risks. I had lots of questions which she also answered like a seasoned pro. She was straightforward but also very reassuring. The technician who took him back for prep said she would text me when his surgery was starting-and just as promised she did. Dr. Pawenski was his surgeon, who called me immediately following the procedure as well as the next morning just as he said he would. When people follow through on these types of things- it really means the world! He was very thorough explaining his post op care needs as were the technician's who discharged him. They provided enough meds for good pain control and exact directions on his limitations. Having a pet who is sick or injured is very stressful but I could not have asked for any better care for my dog. Without a doubt would recommend this facility 10/10! ❤️
