Have stopped in here many times since I live in the neighborhood and they are always very friendly and helpful. They have groomers on site and are great with my pup who won’t let me touch her nails. Allow walk-ins and great pricing and staff. Can shop for treats while you wait!

Very poor customer service!!! Called to schedule an appointment for my babies and the guy who answered the phone was very rude and short, made me feel as if I was bothering him. I called because online it only lets you book for one dog at a time and I need to drop both of my babies off at the same time, as it is more convenient. But I will not be rushed, let anyone act as if I’m bothering them for doing their job or disrespected by a place I’m trying to spend my money. And yes he could have been busy but it’s a more professional way to handle potential clients!!

I’ve been going to Cason for around 3 years now! I trust him with my life to take care of my fur child! I’ve Always so happy with how well he handles and takes care of him. 10/10 always recommend. Picture after a groom session! So fresh soooo clean

Fantastic people and concept. Wednesday nail trim walk-ins that they're currently offering is such a great idea! We love the "self wash" bay too - very helpful for our big dog. Treats galore and fun toys.

Great experience with Crossroads Pets! Sami was the absolute best! Our shaggy doggy looked even more precious when we picked her up. Full groom and nail grind is exactly what our puppy needed. I would much rather give my money to this company than a big box store like PetSmart for basically the same price. Take a look at their mission statement and you'll want to contribute to them as well.
