I found a bat on the ground while at a convention- I texted Lillie birds and she drove over to pick up the little guy! She was very friendly and clearly cares deeply for wildlife. Thanks Devon for helping!!

Lillie Birds is an amazing organization. We found two baby squirrels, maybe a week old. While Lillie Birds was not able to house them in our particular situation, they helped organize a placement, came out to rehydrate them, and stayed for a few hours seeing if she could reunite them with their mother. Sadly they didn’t make it through the night because our heating pad was too warm. When that happened she had such kind words and support. Wildlife rescue is hard. To those that didn’t get a response and left a bad review, it’s important to know that I learned it is basically a solo and nearly self funded operation. There’s not a lot of money to support it and seems to run off the size of people’s rather than their wallet. Lillie Birds has a massive heart and she gives so much to this organization. East Nashville is truly blessed to have her in our community.

Place is a joke! We found a sick baby bird in the Early morning Saturday! My sister Called and texted this place non stop no nothing until late Sunday night. So we did everything we could in the mean time to try and save the baby but unfortunately she passed away. What kind of rescue doesn't rescue? This one!

This place is a joke. I texted and called about an injured bird, went to sleep, woke up and had no response. I still tried calling but nobody answered.
