We toon our 2 kitties to West Meade Veterinary Clinic for the first time today and saw Dr. Ben Ramsaur. 5 stars is not enough for the level of attention and service our kitties received. Dr. Ramsaur took the time to look our kitties over get them up to date on their vaccines and answer all of our nervous cat parent questions. He took the time to help explain the best way to add another kitty to our family and tips/tricks. He is very knowledgeable and patience. Our kitties felt comfortable with him which made the visit even smoother.

We drove all the way from Smyrna in rush hour traffic with a sick Budgie & are so glad we did! From the friendly front staff, the very reasonable prices and the excellent care and communication by the extremely knowledgeable Dr. Lutz, we cannot stress enough how amazing this Clinic was. Dr. Lutz was compassionate and patient in explaining everything about our bird's condition and offered hope & treatment for her (fingers crossed). Our family would definitely recommend their office and Dr. Lutz to anyone & we'll definitely be back if any of our other budgies need care. Thank you to everyone there!

10 out of 10 recommended. I called every single Exotic vet that I could find to help during an emergency, this vet was the only one who was willing to take my sugar glider last minute. I knew if I didn’t get him help immediately that he wouldn’t make it.This practice saved my sugar baby’s life and I’m eternally grateful. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve known Dr. Lutz for over 29 years. My 47 year old bird has been seeing him for 20 plus years. I drive two hours to see him. Him and his loyal and dedicated staff are the best! Highly recommend

Had to find an exotic vet to that would take a look at my 22-year old ball python, this was the first place I stumbled upon, and I'm so glad I did. They offer drop-off evals that allowed me to still go to work, the folks that work the front desk/phones are kind, helpful, and concise, and Dr. Lutz is extremely professional. Dude clearly knows his stuff, and legitimately cares for the animals that come through his clinic. He called me a few hours after I dropped my old girl off and explained that there were a few options we could take, but he heavily recommended the simplest, least stressful route for my snake FIRST, as he was concerned she would stop eating in response to the stress of some of the other options. I can't say enough good things about these folks. Thanks y'all!

1st visit after previous vet retired. Dr. Ramseur (spelling) and Elsa were insightful, thorough and displayed great bedside manner. Never easy transitioning veterinarians, but we got lucky and have found a great new provider.
