I highly recomend Easy Removal Solutions! From the moment I called, their customer service was exceptional. Zach was quick to respond and informative about the bee removal process. He was here in less than 24 hours and the quick response was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, he was able to make a quick assessment and gave a fair estimate. He even helped with another issue we had and blocked a potential entrance for other critters although that was not on the agenda for the day. When it came to dealing with the bees and the hive removal, Zack was efficient, calm, and professional. It was evident that he is an expert in what he does. After removing the bees, the area was cleaned up nicely and treated to prevent another hive forming. He also advised that he would come and do a check up if needed. Its been over a week and there has been no sign of another hive or bees returning. We are very pleased with the service and will certainly reach out to Easy Removal Solutions should we have another issue!
