Dr. Lou is amazing! I brought my cat in and he took excellent care of her. She had an obstruction and I prepared myself for the worst previously having a dog die. This way the facility was fast and so compassionate. They even send you a picture of your cat if you do need hospitalization. Would recommend this place to anyone are those still expensive? I feel their pricing is less than other emergency vets. They are also very upfront about cost and give you options. Can’t thank this place enough For saving my shower kitty AKA Skyler. Dr Lou is a special soul who maintains a calm demeanor that makes the experience less awful.

I am forever in debt to the people at VetMED. They gave me priceless extra time with my best friend William. I cannot say enough good about them. Every person I have encountered during multiple visits for a variety of situations was nice, caring and thoughtful. I knew my best friend was in loving and professional hands. He was never quick to leave to go home which said a lot to how he was treated. He loved everyone there. Unfortunately my time with Willy has ended too soon but it would have been much earlier if it wasn't for them getting him through pneumonia, diagnosing Cushing’s disease and holding off prostate cancer as long as possible. They are true professionals and helped us both through very difficult times. Please do what's best for yourself and your loved one by bringing them here for emergencies. Thank you

Dr. Song and his staff are always very friendly and thorough. They make sure that I understand my fur babies medications and that I don't have any questions before leaving the office. I was also able to get to see the doctor right away when I had a concern.

My kitty had a heart attack (or series of strokes) that hit her and she was gone 2 hours later. We were heading to their office at 1:30 AM, but my little princess passed in the car literally one traffic light away. We still went in, where they validated what I thought. She passed in the car. They were so sweet to me. They setup a room where I could lose it and share my last Goodbye. Thank you so much!

Our senior dog was not himself, had a few concerns and can’t get into our regular vet anytime soon. So took him here. Been here once before, and again they were wonderful to work with. Had an appt. At 8:30pm that evening and we were thankful to get him in so quickly. Both the vet tech and Dr. we’re so kind. Really appreciated the time they took with us and our pup, highly recommend this place if you need urgent care or emergency help.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Monday night we had to take our 18 year old cat in, she was telling us she was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. The amount of compassion we were given from the moment we walked in. We were taken back to a room with couches that felt warm and not like a cold exam room. I wish I could remember the girls name that took us back because she was so patient with us. The amount of dignity our Brownie was given was amazing. The dr that sat with us and rubbed Brownies head as she crossed over. I can’t thank your office and staff enough. Thank you for helping us process everything and giving us so much time, compassion and respect.
