I had to rush my baby girl Lola, a beautiful 5 year old Maltese that I found in 2019. Someone left her outside of a circle in a small Pop up Mesh dog house. I ended up bringing her home! We've been through a lot ... Anyways...I was walking her to my truck when she started stumbling as if though she was going to pass out... I freaked out and drove to The Arizona Humane Society on Dunlap 13th Ave. They couldn't see her due to it was so busy.... The staff and the front desk were so welcoming...they referred me to another Emergency Veterinarian, so I drove to that place and they did an assessment.. they couldn't figure out what was wrong with Lola....I have no Pet Insurance so I couldn't afford the X-rays and other exams they wanted to do for her....it did cost about $137 but only had. $100. It's sad because if I didn't have any money to pay to be seen they would've turned us away... I give the Arizona Humane Society alot of credit for what they do....I can't even imagine how your staff must feel when they have to turn away people and their pets due to the them being so extremely busy... About 2 years ago, I ran into their Mobile Pet Service...they were so nice that they gave Lola about $300 for her shots because I couldn't afford paying paying for them.... Thanks for what y'all do!!🐾

Shea was absolutely amazing! She gave very great detail about my dog crust, and walked us through everything! Awesome staffing

My husband and I had to put our first Pug down and it was very emotional. All of the employees were very understanding. They walked us through the process step by step. Their prices were reasonable and I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything you did for my family and especially for Jasper.

The people that helped me with my virtual volunteer hours were very sweet, helpful and welcoming. They made it very easy for me to get my hours signed. We did call on the phone to double check if I could drop my things off to them before we actually decided to drive to the location and it was a little bit confusing but we had no problems when actually arriving

The staff and volunteers were so helpful to mom and I. We were lucky enough to find Flora, who is now renamed to Francesca, aka "Frankie" 🥰 and has a forever home and lots of love!!
