Love love love this place. Dr. Adi Chatow is amazing. I moved here a year ago and finding a new veterinarian is stressful. We’ve been 3 times now. She took great care of my pup plus me. In addition, addressed my concerns with my sweet baby Juda and made us feel like a priority which was very special. Thank you! The whole staff are kind and helpful. 100% recommend this place.

Not recommended at all specially if you just need a one time off service due to travel. We ended up in the wrong clinic cause communication was not good. They received us which was good. We just needed deworming (which usually costs 25-40). We were NEVER informed my dog needed a full checkup to get it. On the booking emails and every verbal communication we only discussed deworming. When I saw the consultation was taking forever, I knew the billing will be high. We ended up paying a 75 dollars bill for checkup that they never told us it was necessary. They didn't had a stamp for the EU pet passport which they didn't noticed when I showed what I needed. All in all it was a bad experience which ruined one of the days of pur holidays + gave us an unexpected 99 dollars bill

Today I took my cat in for her first check up. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly receptionist and a hand written sign listing the pets names who had appointments that day. The waiting room was spotless. I was quickly taken to a private room where my cat was examined with gentle and loving care. They even opened up a can of wet food to help calm her down! I’m so thankful that this veterinary clinic opened up in the Marigny, but what really makes it stand out are the people who work here. I never felt rushed; The doctor and nurse went out of their way to make sure that all of my cats medical needs were taken care of, and that she was comfortable and relaxed. I’m truly grateful for the addition of this clinic to the neighborhood.

Visited with a sick pup and they "recommended" several things without discussing the price with me, basically manipulating me while I was worried. In 30 minutes they ran up a $460 bill on us - without discussing any of the charges. Turns out this dog had a flu and probably didn't need a lot of what they pushed on us. Then I tried to get them to prescribe heartworm/flea meds via an online order from a pet supply store, and they kept trying not to agree to the order for technical reasons then "recommended" I just come in and pick up a different medication. Their price was literally 6 times more expensive than what I was trying to buy online. I had to get rude and huffy to get them to fill a heartworm prescription that they weren't going to make a big profit on. These people need an ethics training course. Their behavior is outrageously exploitative. But if you're feeling like you have too much money in your pocket this is the place for you.

Excellent customer service, concise explanations of procedures and tests. Super friendly staff and Dr Megan was a joy to deal with, she was very calming to my little Kasey girl.
