It's a neat little pet store! Things are kinda expensive, but that's to be expected from a pet store. Their cat tree prices are extremely high, which is kinda upsetting. But they make up for all the cute things they have. Picture of my pup, Monster, in a cute headband they had out for Valentine's Day 💙

I have been going to these guys for 2 yrs and up until the last 2 times it has been great . I have a big old lab who I need help bathing and brushing hence the reason I take him here , the last two times I have paid extra to have them do the deshedding brush and trim the paw pads and to be gentle on his knee ….. well the last two times this has not been done and this time he was super upset and shaking when I pick him up. Which is so unlike him !!! This time he was still very wet and they said he was being super difficult , this dog is the most laid back lazy lab ever !! We are done going here and will not ever go back , to add insult to injury…. We tried them on my MIL dog and it was the worst chop job EVER !!! So completely disappointing!!! Pay the price extra money and go to an actual groomer!!!

Zero star customer service for the grooming department. Asked if I could come in early for my scheduled appointment, and I said I would try. Arrived 20 minutes early, and was told because I didn't arrive my 6:30, my appointment was canceled. My original scheduled appointment was for 7, and I arrived at 6:40. There were 2 groomers, one was leisurely tidying up while the other was brushing a small dog. Apparently, they decided they were done working for the day..a couple hours before they closed? No efforts made to atone for the significant inconvenience, I'll be seeking out a new groomer. I'd suggest you avoid this location for pet grooming needs!

Jocelyn put up with our Cooper for a wash and haircut. She was amazing working with him and his anxiety. 100% recommend her as she went above and beyond to make sure cooper had a great experience. Excellent service

This is my go-to PetSmart. The shelves are always well stocked, they are organized sesnibly, and the parking lot isn't as difficult as the one in Meridian (though that will likely change once the In & Out is built judging by the mess near The Village). The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The reason I went in this time was because they do cat grooming and I needed help. The groomers were nice. They got my Ed-boy clean and trimmed, and he didn't come home afraid like I was worried he would. In a few weeks, I have an appointment for out little psycho and I'm hoping for similar results. They had even helped me book time in the pet hotel since my husband and I both work on Fridays, this meant my boy didn't have to stay in his crate and my husband was able to pick him up on his lunch break.

One stop shop for my little one. She goes to the vet there and loves the staff. She also gets a staycation in the hotel if I go to places that aren't dog friendly. She's gets treated well and is excited to go into the store.
