Happy Tails is an amazing animal hospital and I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Mareddy and her staff. One of our dogs is elderly and has an autoimmune disease, and I was beyond nervous to have his teeth cleaned and for extractions to be done. Dr. Mareddy did an incredible job and made sure to monitor him the entire time (and Amber in her office sent text messages the whole time keeping us updated). Dr. Mareddy takes the time both in person and on the phone to make sure you understand everything thoroughly. She has a very personal hands on approach and both our dogs love her. Highly recommend! Happy tails also has great grooming services.

Happy Tails has been taking care of my pup for the past 3 years and I can’t recommend them enough. Their staff is friendly, their clinic is clean and comfortable, Dr. M provides quality care, and their prices are affordable. If my Milo needs a nail trim, stitches, or meds for an ear infection, they’re always responsive in getting us in right away.

I found this vet through my insurance and I'm so glad I made the switch! I had a concern about my cat using the litter box more often than usual. After calling in, I was provided extremely helpful information and got my cat checked within the hour! The vet tech spoke with me directly and I felt confident my kitty was in great hands! When returning to pick up my cat, the staff was so friendly and allowed me to peak in the microscope to see exactly what was wrong with my little one. I left with a detailed understanding of what was wrong with my cat, how to resolve it, and preparation in case the issue isn't resolved by our follow up appointment in a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised the next day as well when they texted me to check how my little one was doing. Overall, I have loved my experience here and would highly recommend this location!

Happy tails is a great place for your fur Baby. The entire staff including Dr Prasad and Dr Hema are extremely helpful. they are alway there when needed, and available on demand to help during emergencies. As a first time pet owner we wanted someone whom we can lean on for suggestions, advice and guidance and we feel we have found a right place for our Islay at happy place. We feel happy tails is a happy place for our golden puppy and for us. They genuinely care for your babies and are very knowledgeable and experienced. We have found out vets for life at happy tails.

We have been taking our dogs here for 9 months only to realize how overpriced their services are. Being a military family and having our dogs officially named service dogs their care was our top priority. After COVID we started seeing prices go up, then for medication for upset stomach they made it mandatory for other exams in order to increase prices. Was sent out on mission and was overcharged a ridiculous amount for care needs even when I provided my own kennel and food, only to find other vet services with friendlier care at a cheaper rate with a even better play center for our dogs. I called for a repeat item for our dogs, was told the vet approved for pick up but was told to call in advance to pick it up since it was close of business. Called the following day and no one knew what I was talking about. Asked for my dogs records and the level of rudeness was unreal, I strongly recommend NOT using this vet service.
