I've always used them and got a receipt and shot records until this year. Said they would be emailed to me but nothing. Don't answer the phone and the mailbox is full. If you need records for travel, boarding or grooming don't go here as you won't get the documents you need. Yes my dog is vaccinated but can't get him groomed because no record to show them that he is

It is a great place to get your pets vaccinated at a low price. I also get the heart guard and flea/tick prevention there.

Was fast at getting the shots but the price on the sign said $8 and they are charging $15 I pointed it out and they said it was covered up so I took a photo and was still told that wasn’t the price

went last year everything good got my receipt and shot records. This year didn’t get any plus it’s been days no email of shot records yet! I have an appointment I have to cancel now Update 2 weeks later no email no one answering the phone still!!! Rip off I needed the shots for grooming and pet hotel UPDATE 3 months later no answer no reply no shot records

Always a very good experience. Yes there may be long lines but they go through them very quickly and the immunizations are affordable. Very professional and proficient team that do this and we are very thankful
