Hermangiosarcoma isn’t a word you ever want to hear. Especially when you are 3,000 miles away and your baby needs emergency surgery immediately. I was hesitant when my vet recommended Fetch. I have experience with another emergency vet that has been around much longer. I mistakenly associated longevity with being “better.” I have been through this before with another baby 2 years ago and the experience I’m having with Fetch is night and day. Some vets seem to enter work mode around animals, but not this one. They genuinely love and care for all the babies. Every single person I have interacted with has been so kind, patient, and over the top with care & customer service. They are constantly going out of their way to answer my questions, send updates, and think outside the box for solutions. My kind of people! While my time with Mia may be short, I would not have had this extra time with her if it weren’t for this team. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you to every single team member for loving our girl and helping us through this process.

I came home on Friday from a week out of town to an injured cat. There was no option of waiting till Monday to have him seen. I had bad experiences at the other two emergency vets in town and a friend recommended Fetch. The difference between their office and the other two was night and day. The facility is brand new, spotlessly, clean, and every member of their staff was overwhelmingly kind. Each staff member went above and beyond to make sure Milo and I were comfortable. They kept me updated on the procedures they were performing and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Dr Hunter was very knowledgeable and supportive and offered options for treatment. Milo has more healing to do, but he is on the right road thanks to Fetch. I highly recommend! 10/10.

Our first experience taking our dog to Fetch was way better than expected. First impression walking in was one of the staff who just happened to be outside, she was so nice & helped us get in the door. Walking in we were greeted and taken to a room within 5 mins. Everything smelled fresh and was clean. Maggie was examined and the team came back with very specific details and next steps. The whole process made me feel comfortable with the unknown of Maggie’s arm. Thank you Danielle & Caitlin, and the rest of the crew for loving on Maggie & taking such good care.

On 6/8/2024, our Boston Emma was attacked, I want to express my thanks to the Fetch hospital in Greenville, they cared for her and kept us well informed. They worked with my because my bank would not allow me to move but so much money at a time. They were so kind and compassionate, even though we could not save our Emma, they were so nice to us and allowed all of the kids to be with her. Again thank you for all you did and will do. I highly recommend these sweet people.

Everyone at fetch was so patient and kind. They did a great job walking us through our options and helped us make the most out of our situation. The facility was clean and welcoming. As things progressed, our questions were answered promptly with honesty and compassion. We miss our girl deeply but are so grateful for the extra quality time they gave us with her. Thank you!

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to give a shout-out to Fetch Emergency Veterinarian for saving my sweet pitbull, Zola. Zola is a good girl, but she has a habit of eating anything she can get her paws on. One day, she got into my son's stash of THC edibles and ate a whole brownie. I didn't know what was wrong with her at first, but then I noticed she was acting very strange. She was drooling, panting, and couldn hardly stand up! She looked like she was having the time of her life, but my wife and I were freaking out. I called Fetch, and they told me to bring her in right away. They were very friendly and professional, and they took Zola to the back as soon as we arrived. They gave her some fluids and medication to counteract the THC, and monitored her for a few hours. They also gave me some tips on how to prevent this from happening again, like keeping edibles in a locked cabinet and teaching Zola the "leave it" command. Zola recovered well and was back to her normal self by the next day. He didn't seem to remember anything, but I'm sure he had a wild trip. I'm so grateful to Fetch for taking care of her and making sure she was okay. They are the best emergency vet in town, and I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. They are not cheap, but they are worth every penny. Thank you, Fetch, for being there for Zola and me. You guys rock!
