Crosswinds got my kitty Gracie in quickly when there appeared to be a problem with her digestive tract. Susie Powell spent over 1/2 hr getting her questions answered about Gracie's recent eating habits. She was compassionate and spent lots of time with Gracie, ultimately prescribing a Hills Science Diet that might help her, which 3 days later I can report appears to be the solution. We (2 kitties and I) love Susie Powell and you will too

If you are looking for a place where you can rest assure your pet will receive top notch care, look no further than Crosswind. Everyone from the receptionists to the technicians is kind and professional. Dr Powell is a class act, incredibly gentle and so natural with animals, my dog Zara is always scared of vets, but Dr. Powell is a true dog whisperer. So glad I can count on this stellar practice for my sweet doggie bear!

I have a very "special" kitty named Miley. She is beyond feisty. While I have had her for 15 years, and she has been a drama queen from the get go. She adores me, so naturally, I adore her. I actually met Dr. Lynn Bowden when she came to do a psych consult at my house years ago. When I found out she was practicing at Crosswinds, I immediately tracked her down. She is smart, kind, and understands that sometimes animals are quirky. I thank her for taking great care of Miley. I also love Drs. Hait and Powell, who take care of my "normal" cat. Can't say enough good things about this practice.

Cat friendly!! 😻I didn’t know I could love a vet, but I love this vet office! I have yet to find a vet who is as cat friendly as they are. They took their time giving her pets and warming up before starting the exam and she was so much more comfortable with them! I love them. Thank you for taking good care of Lila! Picture if Lila attached for cuteness!

First time here, excellent service. We have a sometimes reactive pup and they were great with her. Made us feel very comfortable. Wry clean inside. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

I made an appointment because my dog got a very big cut, and couldn’t walk. The second I pulled into the building, 2 minutes before the time of his appointment they called me and said they might not be able to see him. We went inside and they said nope we can’t see him, we had another emergency. A little more of a heads up would have been nice. Then after the surgery (that he had the emergency vet group), I called them asking to get his stitches out and they said they couldn’t for another week, but he’s supposed to get them removed this Friday. I’m very upset with crosswinds, and how they didn’t help me in anyway with my puppy.
