Adopted miss Penne from the Greenville Humane Society and had a great experience! All the workers were very attentive and asked us questions about what kind of pup we wanted, and also answered all our questions we had about the pups who were there. They knew a lot about each individual pup which was great. We also purchased a crate package that included the crate, a bed, 2 bowls and a few toys. And got a free small bag of dog food! 10/10!

Her name was Rain. She picked us when we went looking for a kitty. Renamed her Abby. Just had to put her to sleep yesterday, 8/9/24. We are heartbroken 💔. She was the most loving kitty. All the great stories I could tell. We'll miss you terribly. It was a great 10 years. We love you, sweet Abby.

9 years ago we got a dog who was estimated to be 1-2 years old. She was the best decision we'd ever made. Princess Kashmir (formerly known as Betty) brought endless days of happiness for my partner and myself. Our hearts broke when she succumbed to kidney disease this year and I didn't think I'd ever be able to love a dog as much as I did her. But we came back and looked for a few months and then in June my partner fell in love with a puppy at this shelter and he put her in my lap and I cried so hard. Twyla became Lady Indigo, "Indy," and we've had such an amazing time raising her. The Greenville Humane Society has such kind people. They didn't pressure us every time we came to just look. They were very efficient and speedy filling out the paperwork to get Indy and even took a moment to show us Kashmir's original intake picture. I'm grateful to Greenville Humane Society for giving these animals a chance to find a forever home and for caring for them so well. Great place to find a new furry family member.

I wish I was better with names so I can give a more direct review but honestly the entire staff is amazing! From meeting them and our new pup at Fleur Field through entire adoption everyone was sweet, kind, knowledgeable, and really helpful! We are super happy to have adopted our new pup Luna (Penne)! Thank you!

We absolutely love our Sally that we adopted from here! Staff was very patient as we looked for several weeks for a good fit. Adoption was easy and no jumping through hoops. You can tell the staff loves all the dogs here. They’re very well taken care of. Also the vaccine clinic is WONDERFUL!!! No wait at all when you have an appointment and very affordable. No crazy vet fee when you just need a simple vaccine!

Easy to make an appt. Very organized. Line was long, but only means people trust them. They even gave my sweet girl medicine to help with pain. Highly recommend. Gorgeous space as well!
