We brought our kitty who was suffering from sudden lethargy. We were thankful that Safe Harbor was open on Saturday morning. All of the staff members were friendly, respectful and professional. We are happy to report that our kitty is recovering and expect she'll be back to her peppy self before her medication runs out. Both my husband and I wished that our own doctors were as good at communicating.

I take two of my fur babies to Safe Harbor and have not had a bad experience yet. We have seen Dr. Cooper and Dr. Platzer and they both are just absolutely wonderful! You can tell they really care about and love animals.

I like to give honor where honor is due and I am honor to be on board with the Safe Harbor family. Friendly, I list this first because the first impression is extremely important. It is important that our first encounter is a positive one. Well, put a giant check mark on that characteristic. Then there's professionalism. Someone quoted, "People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care", Safe Harbor truly care. The staff worked like a well oiled machine. They researched and examined my precious baby from head to toe. Consulting with one another to ensure the best course of action. Asking questions about Barkleys history and symptoms. The most amazing component of our visit is that they listened. The staff allowed me to be an active part of my pups medical care. With Safe Harbor, I felt that my Barkley was in safe hands. The staff at Safe Harbor was very professional and explained everything to me throughly. They were so sweet and kind with Lexie which means a lot since our animals are our family. They were quick to diagnose her and give her the proper medication for a speedy recovery. I will definitely plan on continuing to go to safe harbor for all of her medical needs. Thank you so much!
