The vets are kind and thorough and the groomers are very talented. Our puppy was too nervous for the people at one of the big chains to groom her, but the groomers here were able to make her relax enough to get a very nice cut. Also she smells amazing after the appointment! I'd love to know what shampoo they use!

They made Birdie feel so comfortable, thoroughly checked our girl, and even offered us advice for crate training. It's hard to know if places will live up to the hype based on reviews, but this one absolutely did!
