We had an unfortunate experience with this veterinary center. The veterinarian was focused on upselling us on services our beloved pet did not need and ultimately resulted in accusing my husband of a possible theft to justify her ignorance. Our pet had a rabies shot with a current 2024 tag, and the vet claimed our pet needed a new rabies shot because … “the rabies tag could have been found or given to us.” We challenged her illogic on whether we were indeed vaccine tag thieves. Be forewarned, do not place any confidence or trust in Alexandra - she did not care for the health of our pet and was happy to engage in unnecessary over-vaccination to simply make money. This veterinary center USED to be a trusted veterinarian for us but no more. SHAMEFUL! Update: Dr. Solomon called and apologized for our experience and explained the interaction we had was not how he manages his practice and he will address the matter. He refunded the entire visit and offered to personally take care of our beloved pet if we opt to return. We accepted his apology and appreciate being heard. Thank you, Dr. Solomon.

This clinic was terrible. When I brought my newborn home, my cat started to show increasing signs of anxiety. I visited this clinic after trying everything I could think of at home. The vet, Dr. Dundie, immediately pushed gabapentin, which turns my cat into a zombie. I refused, and received little additional support. After a normal exam and blood work I was charged almost $600. This is ridiculous. I've been a pet owner for over 30 years and have never been charged anything close to this, especially for a visit that DID NOT include any vaccines/shots. The clinic expects owners to have insurance or not care about the sum. There was no budging with their rates. This is unacceptable and I will never be visiting this clinic in the future.

We took our dog Larry to see Dr. Dundie some time ago and she suggested he have some teeth pulled. They ended up pulling around 20 teeth (I say around because they kept giving us different numbers). Now, I don't particularly care that this cost well above the high end of their cost estimate. I care that they sent Larry back to us completely dazed (he couldn't recognize us) with his mouth still gushing blood. It was clearly a devastating process for him. In fact, a dental technician would later tell us that they damaged other teeth during the extraction and very likely extracted far too many. In short, they traumatized my dog, took too many teeth, damaged other teeth, and sent him back to us still bleeding and dazed. It looks like these guys are owned by private equity, so not surprising that they're more interested in their bottom line than caring for our pets. Unfortunately, many vets in this city seem to operate more like a an assembly line than a healthcare provider. Nonetheless, I would never ever come back here or recommend it to anyone.

We (cat and I) had a good experience here for two separate tooth extractions over several years. Staff was totally pleasant and accommodated a nervous pet and owner. It’s not cheap, but this is not a time to be cheap. As is true with many other things, you get what you pay for.

Love Dr. Leonard and the entire staff. They have been our pets vets for almost 15 years. Always wonderful.

They are kind and friendly. I asked them a rabies titer test and health certipicate for visiting South Korea. They did it very well. Even though my cat didn’t pass the result, so she’s gotta get it again in Korea. And people should wait outside when their pet meet the veterinarians due to the COVID19.
