Richland animal clinic is amazing!! I could not recommend more. Everybody at the clinic loves your pet as their own. Dr. Thomas is also so wonderful and takes all of my concerns seriously and provides wonderful solutions. Communication with the clinic is beyond great. They are so quick to get me in whenever I have an issue with my dog going on. I seriously could not ask for a better vet or clinic. Thank you Richland for all you do!!

Everyone at Richland Animal Clinic was wonderful! I took my sweet pup for a second evaluation regarding some dental extractions. After the initial consult at another dentist in town, I was shocked by the price. I did some research and found Richland. After their initial consult they gave me a good faith estimate which was SIGNIFICANTLY more affordable than the previous establishment. I don’t believe my pups care was discounted in anyway. She came through the surgery with flying colors and even worked us in last minute. I would recommend Richland to anyone in the Nashville area.

I’ve trusted Dr. Knox and her team with the care of my two cats for nearly a decade. Over that time, I’ve experienced consistent, high-quality, affordable care. Both of my cats are particularly uncooperative patients in-office, and Dr. Knox and her team have always taken a patient, gentle approach that minimizes the stress of the experience for both the cats and myself. I feel listened to when explaining symptoms or concerns, and I never feel rushed when we’re talking through treatment options and test results. The front desk team is helpful, friendly, and organized. We are so happy with the care that we've been given at Richland Animal Clinic for our dog and two cats. The staff always makes us feel comfortable and their gentle approach to our nervous pets has been amazing - they have given us so many options to help to ensure that a visit to the vet is not as scary as it might seem. We love all the staff, but want to give a special shoutout to Dr. Mueller, who has just been incredibly patient with us and our needs on all our visits, taking plenty of time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We also really appreciate how very caring and diligent she has been in calling us as soon as possible with test results and keeping us updated on her thinking about next steps. Highly recommend this clinic!
