The nurses and vets at this hospital saved my puppies life. After an accidental overdose that I thought for sure would take her life , the hospital worked along with poison control and my baby was able to come back home to me! I can’t ever repay them for what they have done but they will always have my love and gratitude! I give them a 100% ! Thank you once again to all who worked so hard to bring her safety home to me.❤️

We were recently referred to internal medicine for our German Shepherd and our whole experience was great. They contacted us right away to schedule after our family vet sent them the referral. It was easy to find with ample designated parking. The facility was very clean and well-decorated and our pup did not seem overly anxious. The tech spent a while with us getting her full history and was not at all rushed. Afterward, we were able to meet our pup’s doctor and she gave us a several options and we put a plan in place. I left my pup there for the day, and the doctor called me in the afternoon to give me a lengthy update over the phone, and still took plenty of time with me when I picked up my pup, and shared imaging from the day’s visit. I never felt rushed and truly felt like they cared for my pup and wanted to get her feeling better.

My beagle needed an ultrasound. I was recommended to go to nvs for the procedure. Dr. Sessions was incredibly nice and down to earth, putting me at ease. The tech that took care of us was amazing. I'll definitely recommend to everyone

I couldn’t be happier with the care we received here. My golden had seizures non stop for over an hour and we truly don’t know how he is still here with us.. it is truly a miracle. Dr Gomoll went above and beyond and explained everything to us and she was very compassionate to our situation. The staff were very knowledgeable with everything we had questions and concerns about with his past experiences at the vet we usually bring him to. I can’t recommend this emergency vet enough! If it wasn’t so far for us we would absolutely switch here for all of our dogs routine care. The Neurologist was so great to deal with as well. We are so thankful to every staff member here, they saved our boy and we couldn’t be happier even with how traumatic the whole night was for us. Highly recommend this vet for any emergency needs.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about NVS. It is the best place you never want to be! They treated my Eleanor who came in with what we thought was a severe case of pneumonia, efficiently, but with gentle care, putting her immediately on oxygen. They were communicative and kind hearted! Turned out, my sweet angel, had a lung lobe torsion and needed immediate surgery! The surgical team and Internal Medicine team were so detailed and gave me all the information and answered all my questions making me feel very at ease at a very scary moment! I was contacted directly by the Surgeon, Dr. Armstrong, upon completion and told all went well and exactly to his plan! My sweet girl has a road to recovery, but without NVS, I’m not sure where she would be! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to all the Doctors, and everyone in between, were so kind and so gentle and so understanding! I don’t have enough words of gratitude in my heart to truly express how thankful I am for them!!!

The team at NVS is top notch! From the staff to the docs we felt like priority when our sweet Stella was there. Thank you for making my girl feel like a rock star, for taking such good care of her during her ICU stay and especially during her surgery. NVS team calmed my anxious nerves and even let us see our sweet girl later hours after surgery. They gave us updates consistently and were very diligent on getting to the root cause of Stella’s condition. The surgery team helped us feel calm over a major surgery to remove a tumor and never let us feel uncomfortable asking questions. This place is on top of things and we were really impressed. Thank you especially to Kersti from the front desk for greeting my Stella like a celebrity and all the techs for loving on my scared girl. All the ER docs were extra compassionate, throughout and diligent! You guys are the best! THANK YOU!
