Description Jenni and the Cats is a Nashville pet sitting company dedicated exclusively to the care of cats. Cat sitting is our passion, and delighting clients by providing loving, compassionate care and dependable service is our mission. 😻 We offer :30 and :60 visits, once or twice daily in your home, where your kitty is most comfortable. We'll pamper your feline family members while you're away and send you delightful sit reports via text and email after each visit. Sit reports include time stamps with start and finish times, GPS start and finish points, and beautiful photos of your kitty playing, cuddling, and striking supermeowdel poses for the camera. Registered, Bonded + Insured; Member, Pet Sitters International (PSI).

When our cat was younger, we didn't think twice about leaving her for a few days and having a friend or neighbor come in occasionally to check on her. The older she got, the more we worried about leaving her for long and we started looking for someone that could make sure she not only has food and water while we're away, but also love and attention. We asked for recommendations from the concierge at our building, who immediately recommended Jenni and the Cats--and we've never looked back. It feels so nice knowing that when we leave, Baby (our 17 year old beautiful girl) will have someone taking care of her that keeps a careful eye on everything from how much she's eating and her bathroom habits, to how actively she plays during each visit. We get selfies every day that make us feel less guilty about leaving her (because we can see that she's having fun) and we actually enjoy our time away a little more because we know she's having fun too!

As someone new to Nashville, I was overwhelmed when I needed to find a new caretaker for my cat when I was out of town. Upon meeting Jenni, I was immediately put at ease! Not only is she professional and trustworthy, but also incredibly courteous and caring. She is communicative- provides TONS of pictures, videos, and write-ups of each visit. She goes the extra mile for my cat's needs, and even helps out if something in my apartment needs an extra hand (mail, thirsty plants!) The guilt I have while I'm on vacation quickly fades away when I see how much fun my cat has on his stay-cation with Jenni. He gets lots of playtime, cuddles, and treats when she comes to visit. I feel lucky that I found Jenni as soon as I came to town, and I know she will be my go-to going forward! Thank you Jenni <3

Jenni absolutely exceeded our expectations in caring for our two cats. She was able to expertly navigate the quirks of both my shy, less friendly older cat and playful, high-energy kitten. For the first time, we were able to feel at ease while on vacation knowing she was caring for our fur babies. Jenni far exceeded our expectations on how 'cat sitting' should be done. The initial meet and greet was comfortable and thorough. She listened to our requests/needs and how to approach our cat- she spent a good amount of time going over all of the details with us. We were thrilled to get our daily report including such great action shots of our busy and sassy little girl. More than anything, Jenni made us feel comfortable going away on vacation and trusting her in our home and with our 'child'. We look forward to using her services in the future and are excited to see her business flourish. Jenni is so amazing with our very shy cat. She adds such a personal and loving touch to their care - as evidenced by her thorough and thoughtful updates after each check in. She always follows my detailed care instructions to the letter even when they're a bit unhinged (I.e. warm up food for exactly 7 seconds 🙄). It brings me peace of mind knowing she's looking after my girl while I'm gone! In case you're on the fence about hiring her -- don't be. Pretty much all of my coworkers work with her and we love her so much that we had brainstorming sessions about what to get her for Christmas. Your kitties will be in safe hands with Jenni! I always know that mine is.

Jenni is a godsend! I have never met someone so loving, professional, and reliable. She is thoughtful not just to our two cats but also helps care for our house while we are gone (bringing in mail, watering plants). There is no one else in Nashville who will take better care of your fur babies. I can’t imagine what we would do without her!
