These people were amazing and so helpful. I had a lot of questions that they were more than willing to answer. They also made my dog and I very comfortable. This is the best pet store I have ever gone to. I felt like they really cared about the health of my dog! And every worker in the store greeted us with excitement. Thank you again to everyone that made our visit so welcoming.

The kindest people you will ever meet work here. I have brought my dog here a few times now for their “toenail Tuesday” events. She does not like having this done, and saying she goes crazy is an understatement. However I’m never asked to leave. The lady who trims her nails is so kind and patient. She does whatever it takes to get the job done and is so nice to me and my puppy through the entire process. (If you’re the groomer who helps me with Pumpkin and you’re reading this, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!!) I can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone that works here is so sweet and helpful with whatever you and your pet(s) need!❤️

Very snotty when I called in to ask about grooming pricing. Was dismissive and had zero patience, has no business answering the phone since she lacks phone etiquiette skills. Sounded like a "Karen", so in my Karen voice I replied "Thank Youuu" and hung up. Girl BYE ! 9/6/24 11:45AM.

Very nice ladies. Lots of different items to buy. They were Knowingly selling out of date animal food and treats. It was marked on sale. I know it was knowingly because when I mentioned it they said "I know that's why it's marked down." It is illegal to sale out of date items and potentially very dangerous for which ever animal you give it to.

Great selection and helpful team. Went to find our puppy birthday treats and new toys. Pleasantly surprised to find her favorite Lamb Chop!!

This place is incredible! When I walked in, the ladies were so nice and made me feel like they’d known me for years. I browsed a bit, and they kept coming by to love on my pup I had with me. The store was so cute and I love the selection. The absolute best part was when a homeless man came in and told them he only had $2 but wanted to buy one of their $5 bags of dog food. The ladies didn’t hesitate to give him one, free of charge. These practices are the types of things I want to support. Thank you guys for your kindness to someone who was down on their luck, as well as providing great customer service and such an amazing environment. Will definitely be back.
