I brought my cat for urgent surgery, she had a huge tumor in her stomach that started from the kidney. The doctor did the surgery when we almost lost all our hope and none want to do the surgery and he save my cat Ella, she is still fighting with the chemio but he is taking well care of her after 5 months she still with us and we can thank enough of the time we have to enjoy with her. My Fiance and I found a 2 week old abandons stray kitten back in July. We had experience with neonatal kittens and decided to take him in and foster. By 4 weeks we began noticing digestive issues, at first is was constipation, and no interest in weaning onto wet food, then it became daily vomiting, unable to gain weight, and a patchy dull coat. We went to multiple emergency vets and our regular vet all of whom did not give us a diagnosis, and even went as far as to say that we would have to put him down if he didn't start tolerating solid food (this was when he was 6 weeks old). We finally found Dr. Haroush, I went to his office in tears asking him if he thought there was anything that we could do to save our sweet kittens life. He calmed me down, told me that Monty was not a lost cause and that we could approach his illness as aggressively or slowly as we would like. He ran multiple tests, and found a high bacteria count, and addessed it with medications and told us we could continue bottle feeding him as long as he needed it (up to 10 weeks) which was the opposite of what we had heard from other vets). It took about 3 months from the time we started seeing Dr. Haroush for Monty to finally get better, and each time we went to see Dr. Haroush he customized Monty's treatment based on how well he was doing on certain medications and what food he was starting to tolerate. While he may not be the most cost effective vet option in the city, he was the most proactive and we now have an incredibly healthy and strong 6 month old kitten who I believe would not be alive if it weren't for the team at Animal Health Center.

The experience I personally had was amazing with the vet! The USDA were a nightmare and this angel in disguise ‘Tanya’ made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate all you guys have done for us!

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET! I took my small dog for a check up and potential cardio work up. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone said a word to us. Then they put me in a room where while I was waiting, a large dog was allowed off leash in the lobby and ran into the room where we were and jumped on both me and my 7 pound dog. The receptionist came in to see if we were ok. The doctor never acknowledged it. He also is all about up selling. He barely looked at my dog. Told us we needed to spend thousands to check her heart and then I stood in the lobby for 20 minutes trying to pay. Once I got home and looked in the mirror, I realized I had a huge scratch from the encounter with the other dog. When I called to talk to them about it, I never received a call back. Worst vet experience ever.

Oh my god why I didn't even see these comments here before visiting..... this place is totally a scam... I need a health certificate to travel they did a physical exam and charged me 149 l which was way too much as it's usually 50 bucks but told me I don't have rabies record so they can't issue a health certificate... if you can't issue why you charge me for a physical test? The doctor told me the physical exam should be performed the same day the issuance of the certificate , yet he performed it even though he knew he wasn't able to issue the travel certificate... what a money scammer.. called them 1 time each day for 5 days, asking for refund that doctor yossi haroush just refused to call back.. super unprofessional

This is the best veterinary establishment I've ever been too. The staff and Dr. Haroush were remarkable. They were professional, kind, attentive and caring. I went from the place to place trying to find help for my dog who needed emergency surgery. Only Dr. Haroush agreed to perform the surgery. If he did not perform the surgery my dog would have died. I will never go anyplace else. Dr. Haroush is a God send. I recommend bringing your animal here.
