I adopted my rat terrier/chihuahua cross from CAARE a few years ago. He had come from Southern California, and was pretty beat up. So many volunteers brought him from kill shelter to foster homes, got him treated and vaccinated and finally flew him into Vancouver where I adopted him. CAARE is an amazing rescue operation. Highly recommend

A great experience adopting our pup. Adoption included 1st set of shots, deworming, revolution, +voucher for spay and microchip. Legit rescue that cares about their dogs.
