Great prices on pet products. You are at the mercy on whatever the trick brings, according to the staff, so if you're looking for a specific item that you've gotten from there before, and they run out, it might be a few weeks before it comes in again, as was the case for me. The staff is nice. The store is clean.

I googled a pet super market and pulled up this location. Had a wonderful experience. Came Looking for a different litter for a cat that has issues going to the bathroom in the litter box purchased the walnut. The staff was extra helpful and so kind and friendly. Absolutely will be returning and recommending to friends and family!

I bought a cage there and tried to take it back a week later with the receipt and they wouldn’t give me a refund. The clerk said sometimes the system would let them and sometime it wouldn’t. Just depends on the day. I have returned 3 times to meet with different people there that day they can grind my money and still no one has been able to help. Stay away from this store. The employees barely speak English and are complete idiots.

Special ordered some pea puffers. When they arrived an associate had taken four of six. Had them reordered, the next day and Associate told me I had to come back and pay in advance. The next Friday they told me that they had arrived,I show up and there are no puffers.The next Friday,Still no puffers. Female associate very rude hope they'll give me my money back.
