Dr Visco is the BEST. We have four small dogs that our precious to us. Dr Visco is thorough and explains things in a clear and concise manner. We have a senior dog that has seizures and Dr Visco has managed to keep her seizure free with medication while maintaining her quality of life. Finding the right combination of meds was important to her. She is also a talented surgeon. I give Dr Visco my complete and strong endorsement.

Chastain animal clinic has always done an amazing job taking care of my animals! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pet feel safe. They are so patient with my feisty cat and are always willing to work together to accomplish whatever your pet may need!

We're so thankful to have found such a wonderful veterinary practice for our 2 cats. Dr. Hunter is very knowledgeable and sincerely concered for the well-being of your felines. The office staff (shout out to Sue!) helps keep things running smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

We have a little Maltese that we often take to this animal clinic. Our dog has Congested Heart Failure so we're very careful about his condition and want to do our best to keep up with his condition. During our visit on 4/18, we wanted to do a renal panel to see how his kidney was handling the medication we were giving him. We called in advanced and let them know that's what we wanted to do and specified that we ONLY wanted to get results for his CREA and BUN value. After dropping him off and getting the renal panel done, I wasn't aware of how much I was charged and left but my wife noticed a discrepancy between what it should've cost (about ~$80 dollars) and what it ended up costing which was about $141 dollars. After recognizing the charge difference, she called them to ask why it cost so much more this time and the response they gave was that "I'm not the person you set an appointment with" and that "your husband (me) should've confirmed what he wanted done" and also that "we confirmed with him before we proceeded." The confirmation they're referring to has to be when I asked "are we doing bloodworks" and she says "we're doing a renal panel." Going back to the problem, when we asked them why we're charged so much, they said, it was our fault and that there is NOTHING they can do. They will not acknowledge that we've already told them we only wanted the CREA and BUN values during this visit and puts the blame entirely on us. I believe this is incredibly dishonest. I don't believe the whole clinic behaves this way but the one person that we spoke you was incredibly rude and uncooperative. We will never return to this clinic.

Best Clinic! The team treats our dog Luca like their own. Each and every one of them. He is always "home" when he is there. Whether it's for a check-up, a nail trim, or boarding, he loves going there. Thank you Chastain for being a part of our family!

Great atmosphere! lovely staff that are determine to make sure your pet is in great shape. I had no problem with my pets treatment at this specific location and I attend to always receive great care from the staff.
