We had a vet emergency and Banfield Smyrna did not hesitate to take care of our pet. The staff is always super nice and knowledgeable. We have both our pets on the wellness plan and use the Smyrna location. Highly recommend Banfield!

Efficient and quality pet care. Beyond superb customer service. Each time I call, my request are met with grace (I have called a lot due to my dog's ear infection Lol). They will even call to check on your animal after treatment and/or regular visits. I would recommend this location to anyone with pets.

I'm a bit disappointed. I have been asking for a separate account to be set up for a client I brought to this location months ago and now that the person is canceling their wellness plan, I am being penalized because your staff never separateed my account .

Dr. W. Greggs is my veterinary superhero. He is a stellar human being and caring doctor. I'm grateful to have him as a primary care giver to my now second dog. I honestly cannot praise him enough.

Very busy office, I find going in personally is the best way to get great service. I went in Saturday and they fit me in for their last availability appointment on Sunday! Mary Heaton we extremely helpful. She Updating my plan to save the most money and I returned on Monday to make a Dental appointment since they told me my plan was about to turn over and I was going to lose my free dental cleaning. Dr. Bailey was extremely nice and helpful on answering my questions about Kiki’s weight and dental care. Best experience since I’ve been going there over this busy holiday weekend! Great staff!!!
