I am always touched by how kind and thoughtful the staff is towards my Mollie who suffers with separation anxiety. They do a superb job with communicating about her visit, how she did and what was done. I can't say Mollie likes to go to her doggy doctor, but seems much less stressed then she has at other places. Please keep up the good work.

We waited 7 hours and Paid over 600 dollars just for them to say they couldn’t see what was wrong with my dog, and told me to go elsewhere for another set of X-rays because their machines are not the best to view what’s wrong. My appointment was at 2pm and they told us to rush in at 9am then waited till 1pm to actually begin work on my dog, and anytime I called to check in I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes each time. When I told them I’d rather take him to my preferred vet they began telling me he would die or need to be cut open, which was not the case. Our preferred vet let us know that the services they were pushing us to get at the other vet wouldn’t have even resolved his issue and they were able to help us for less than 200 dollars and the tests they ran and were trying to make us get had no effect on my dogs issue.

Would not recommend taking your pet here. They suggested putting my dog down, instead of treating her. By the way still alive and loved. Vet assistant was very rude and condescending. They lack compassion. All they offer is band aid fixes instead of the medical care necessary
