I had a bat fly into our house and when I called, everyone I spoke to on the phone was helpful and kind. Marc came out the same day (today!) and quickly netted said bat. He also gave me some free tips about an unrelated packrat issue. I really appreciate your help, expediency, and friendly customer service. I’m happy to highly recommend your business.

Mark is truly a hero! When I found myself in an absolute panic after discovering a skunk had wandered into my home, I wasn’t sure how I’d ever escape a disaster. The fear of that dreaded spray ruining not just my house but my sanity was overwhelming. Then came Mark. Emergency 24/7 hero Mark! With calm, compassion, and expertise, Mark carefully and gently trapped the skunk—an animal that could have easily caused chaos. What impressed me the most was his gentleness throughout the entire process. There was no panic, no rushing. He treated the skunk with respect, ensuring both our safety and the animal’s well-being. But Mark didn’t just stop there. After safely releasing the skunk, he sent me a video of the release—a moment of pure relief and appreciation. His commitment to handling the situation with kindness, rather than fear or aggression, spoke volumes about his character. Mark didn’t just save my house from a potential nightmare; he restored my peace of mind. Marc was great! Late night call and I was very scared of rattle snake in back yard, especially fearful for my two dogs. He not only got rid of the snake, he helped keep me calm and gave me helpful information for moving forward to hopefully prevent this from happening again! Thanks Marc!!!

If I could give 20 stars, I would! Marc was absolutely fantastic! Not only did he arrive within an hour of calling him, but after removing the owl, he gave us a mini-lesson, describing and showing us beautiful things about the owl. What I appreciated most was his respect and passion for the owl, which I’m sure can be said on all wildlife. He took his time and ensured the owl wasn’t injured. Super knowledgeable, polite, entertaining, enthusiastic, compassionate. He will definitely be our new go-to for any wildlife issues we have in the future. You can most certainly trust him!

There was a Hog Nose Skunk stuck on my Oro Valley property. Jeff and Cass came right away after dealing with a rattlesnake case. They were quick to take action and knew how to capture it without harm. I'm so glad that I didn't try to deal with the skunk on my own. The last thing I needed was to get skunked or bitten. Thank you, Jeff and Cass for your help! You two are brave.

Called Arizona Animal Experts about a gopher snake caught in a snap trap. I felt so bad, Marc got to my house in 15 minutes after calling and released the poor guy! Thankfully he was okay and slithering around the backyard again! Grateful for this company and what they do!! Highly recommend!
