We are extremely happy with Dr. Sammons and the staff. Our dog Bruce was treated like a king. Dr. Sammons truly cares about your pet. Some other Vet offices look at your pet as a number. They treat Bruce like he is one of their family. Thanks again
I would never take my fur baby to Banfield again, they misdiagnosed my baby and it cost me $760.00. The doctor told me take him to the emergency vet right away, another $1700.00 to find out his stomach wasn't flipped. When I called Banfield the doctor said Im happy his stomach wasn't flipped and didn't offer any kind of a refund.
Emily was great with both of my dogs. My Rottie was very happy when I picked him up and my Cane Corso, who has separation anxiety, seemed very well adjusted. Not to mention the amazing results of the grooming. Top notch!

Bought the insurance for the teeth cleaning and vax. Not able to get teeth cleaning done due to liver issues. Waste of money in our opinion if a service can’t be rendered, it’s essentially paid up front with monthly dues. Also, I have notified, and notified AND NOTIFIED them that we want to cancel at the end of contract and it seems like every two days we are being solicited more.
The vet techs and veterinarians are terrific. My only observation is that the woman at the front desk is not very warm or nice...I stood there for 5 minutes, and in all that time she never looked in my direction, or acknowledged that I was there...a simple "I'll be right with you" or a smile would have been courteous. Once she finally looked up, no smile, no greeting...just "do you have an appointment?" She is the first point of contact. Oh well, perhaps she was having a bad day..? ALSO: tried to go online to make an appointment and there was NOTHING available for 2.5 months!? So I called, and got an appointment right away...?
