I found this place on Google and chose them because of their great reviews. I was in and out for our appointment in no time. The entire staff were extremely friendly. Its never fun when you've gotta take your dog in to the vet. It's usually pretty stressful. They made it super quick, easy, and comfortable for my boy. I'm glad that I have them to take care of my boys eye needs moving forward 🐾💙

My dog had an ulcer on her eye and suffered for six months before going to Dr. Sarah. Dog is finally well because of her.

Quick and knowledgeable. My cat had trouble with her eye for weeks and I had an appointment for a specialist at the end of the month. Things got worse so I took her in to get checked out. We had a good idea of what was going on and the doctor recommended a course of action. I mentioned I couldn't afford that so she took her time and we discussed the most cost effective way to get my girl the treatment she needs.

Dr. Erlichman did an amazing job with my dog's entropian surgery. He feels and looks so much better. All of the staff were so patient with me asking so many questions, calling multiple times a week, and ensuring my big goof ball had a positive experience: they loved on him so much, which is rare for his size and breed (six times there, only one person on the entire team seemed uncomfortable). I appreciate everything they did, but hope we never have to see them again. 💙

I brought my dog in with an ulcer on her eye. The ER doctor was fantastic but told us to call in the morning to get an appointment with Ophthalmology to ensure her eye would not rupture. We called when they opened, and they had our dog’s file and made an appointment 2 weeks out. We reiterated what the ER doc said but the person on the phone said it would be fine. We assumed they had better information, having the chart and tests. A week later my dog’s eye ruptured and she had to have the eye removed. In this time, I found out that they are only open one day a week but have another location, we would have been happy to drive to. After about a month of trying to contact the manager, she finally got back to me. She claims her employee would not do that and she would have gotten us in same day. She says eye removal is common so not to worry…just because it is common does not mean it has to happen. Some of the doctors are great but some of the staff including the manager are incompetent and unfortunately it cost my dog an eye to figure out.

Now during the pandemic they are practicing social distancing by checking animals in outside and then phoning you when they are ready to take them in. The doctor calls you with a synopsis of the visit. Then you get another phone call and you receive your invoice and pay while never entering the facility. I have been going here for the last 4 years and everyone is so nice and my dog loves this Vet visit. Dr. Meredith & the entire staff are the best of the best.
