I love coming here and seeing all of the puppies. This is definitely the highlight of my day every time I come to the mall, I just have to come here. I never actually purchase anything or any puppies, but it is still fun to come and see all the different breeds.

Outstanding in every way! I had always heard that buying a puppy from a pet store is not a good idea. (that the dogs might be from puppy mills or less healthy for some reason) After several years of contacting breeders and looking for a Golden Retriever, I found and purchased a great Golden at Animal Kingdom. I had such a great experience with Animal Kingdom that I purchased a second puppy a few weeks later. I have been extremely impressed with Animal Kingdom in every way. Animal Kingdom's professionalism, customer service, and quality have been superb and outstanding. Auna, the employee who assisted me with both purchases, has been amazing, taking me through the purchase process and providing daily support on and off business hours since I purchased the puppies. I can not imagine a more personable, knowledgeable, and helpful person to have assisted me - a first-time puppy owner. Nicky from the Animal Kingdom cooperate office has also contacted me several times to follow up and assist. The vet has confirmed both dogs to be in perfect health. Animal Kingdom has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it as an outstanding and reliable place to purchase a puppy. Companion Pets, Inc., the owner of these stores, has had multiple issues with purchasers receiving very sick puppies, and unvaccinated puppies. A government investigation landed them with a court order of discontinuance and penalty fine. An Animal Wellness report listed many penalized breeders within their list of breeder sources. Never buy a puppy from somebody who doesn't show you the parents and how they're living. Find out the health of the breeder's animals and the whole litter. I say this as somebody who has purchased purebred puppies from breeders.

We got our mini Aussie from here last May. He is about to turn a year on Friday!!! The whole process was awesome and easy. Abby was great she was so helpful and sooo friendly!!!! She let us spend as much time as we wanted to make sure he was a perfect fit. Abby was so great that we went back in December and found our other fur baby. She let us spend time with her before closing. We ended up going back the next day to spend more time and do all the paperwork to bring her home.

I have been to many puppy stores in malls, but this store is amazing. The cleanliness, customer service, and follow up was incredible. Alex truly loved our pet and was wonderful to work with. I would absolutely buy from this location again.
