Description Southern Arizona Animal Food Bank nonprofit has been collecting animal food for 5 years. Our mission is to stop abandonment of all animals by helping those that can't afford animal. Last year we gave out over 20,000 pounds of food. We are not a animal rescue so we don't qualify for Cody's friends. All of our animal food donations come from public, veterinary schools, farmers markets, Tucson Food Rally & monetary donations from donors. A small artisan/resale non profit shop where support goes to feeding local animals in need. I have shopped here and purchased quality items such as home decor, jewelry, local made honey, used and new dog care supplies, and unique gift ideas (soaps, candies, candles, etc). I have always been greeted warmly here and have been always welcome to chat. Sadly, the staff told me recently that this location has now been the unfortunate target of shoplifters. It really makes me disgusted to think some humans have sunk so low to take advantage of a nonprofit for pets. Please keep in mind that the prices reflect the one-of-a-kind craftmanship of hand made items and unique vintage goods. They also sell genuine indigenous sterling silver jewelry. It is not cheap, but please remember what your purchase is going towards...pets in need! So save up your dollars for a special visit and know that your purchase will go to a great cause.

DAVID IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!! Talks to you like a kid, just because we need help doesn’t give you the right to talk to someone like they’re nothing! Will NEVER recommend this place.

I called and they returned my call in about 10days time. They put together an Awesome food box for my dog. This place is a total Godssend!!

Interesting variety of items for sale. Pet stuff and things you'd see in a flea market/antique mall. Saw some things I could have been interested in, but none had prices marked. Vendors' choice, I suppose, but not for me. Respect their mission.

Great place found out through friend the people are very nice grateful and very helpful they've been there as a great resource of need when my pets needed food and didn't have the funds I appreciate and thank them for continue to use them when I'm in need

I was told they are not going to help me anymore when I last called. They helped me twice, maybe three times. Then I haven't heard from them for about two to three months after the last time I filled out a form and I called and they told me I was blocked and they weren't going to help me anymore. I don't know why. I left a message to have someone call me and tell me why, but they never did. I really need help with cat food. I've been trying to get by without their help, but I can't. Before this happened they were very helpful.
