We used Zoot for end of life care for our dog. Even though we were not patients there, they made the process as painless as possible and allowed us time with our old friend to say goodbye. Staff was professional and compassionate. We will definitely be using them for all our veterinary services.

The quality of services and communication has declined sharply over the last several years while their pricing has increased. On our last annual visit for both of our cat I had issues with their care of both. On the one, they recommended a rather expensive test for our cat only to admit it doesn't really tell them much after it was completed. Another test would have been more effective and perhaps if done originally would have saved our cat. Another vet recommended it when we took him for a second opinion after being disappointed at Zoot and not receiving answers after a week. The other vet noted he was not sure why Zoot did the original test since the one he recommended would provide a more detailed view of the problem but at that point it was too late. With the nature of the issue, I'm not sure the outcome would have been better, but I will always wonder. They also gave us instructions with incorrect medication dosage for our other senior cat. Thankfully we questioned it and after a week of waiting and calling for updates they finally called us back to answer the questions and provide a corrected dosage. We will not be using them again as it seems the pets well-being is not their top priority.

We moved here a little over a year ago and are so happy we got it right the first time with our fur baby's vet. All the staff and vets that we've dealt with are amazing. The facilities are beautiful and clean. They always call to see how our boy is doing after his visits. They offer other services but we've not taken advantage of grooming or boarding - always nice to know that it's an option though. Highly recommend l!

Everybody at this location is so friendly. The facility is beautiful & very clean. I was taken back for my appointment on time, Dr. Davis & her assistant were very helpful & thorough answering all my questions. I had a hiccup with getting a prescription on my end & Shea was super helpful in assisting me with a temporary resolution. I have & will continue to recommend Zoot to my friends & family & anyone I meet looking for a reputable vet!

Lovely place! I took our dog, Belle, here for the first time for a grooming appointment. The staff was very nice and accommodating from the moment we were in contact about a week prior. They made sure our doggie that has a lot of anxiety was taken care of and not in a kennel for too long. The building itself is beautiful and well taken care of. When I was waiting in the waiting room during drop off and pick up, I overheard several customers that were long-time customers being called by name (both owner and pet) and talking about how comfortable and safe this place is for their fur babies. Can’t wait to use this place again for grooming and other services.
