When I go to visit my sister in Georgetown and we want to have a day out I leave my dogs at Action Pack for their own day of fun. This last visit was more serious, one of my dogs needed surgery and I was dropping Tempest, my Great Dane girl, at Action Pack while we took him to his vet appointments. This was especially difficult because she's pair bonded with her brother and gets separation anxiety. Action Pack did a great job of reassuring her and making sure she had a good time while we were attending to Zephyr's medical needs.

Our four year old golden doodle has been going to Action Pack for over three years and absolutely loves it. Hannah at the front desk is always delightful in person and on the phone. Regan and all the other staff are wonderful too. When we drop our dog off he doesn’t even look back to say good-bye. Highly recommend!

Wow!!! Yall service is in high class per suite. Each of the ladies we met from the time we dropped off, until the moment we picked up our baby. They were very nice. Greeted my wife and myself, along with our lovely Luna. The reps, welcomed us our first time with open arms and lovable care. This will be a place our dog will continue to go and for any body looking to check out a place for your fur baby, this is it!!!! Hands up 🙌🏾 great service. We’re very happy/ satisfied. Also to mention whom ever clipped and trimmed our girl Luna nails… major thank you. Great job all the way. Oh man, y’all are amazing. Especially the report card… 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🤩

The staff at Action Pack have taken care of our dogs since we moved to Georgetown. We have taken classes, done doggie day care, and done "Spa Days". In every instance they have treated our dogs with love and respect. We highly recommend them.

Buddy the Elf finished his first day of the doggy daycare today (the Meet and Greet) and we immediately booked him for next week! The staff has been kind since the beginning, easy to get ahold of when I called a few days ago with questions and again today when I “nervous called” to see how my baby boy was doing. When we picked him up, a staff member shared a few more details about his day and my little guy has been snoozing all evening after such a big day! Daycare will become a part of our regular routine and if we ever need to board, Action Pack will be our pick!
