I brought in my rescue dog who was in much need of medical care. My dog has anxiety and they handled him in a compassionate manner while getting certain procedures done in order to get him healthy. Highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly, made us feel welcomed, and they were realistic about the affordability of some treatments for our bulldog. They willingly helped us to keep our dog as healthy and comfortable as we could within our budget.

Such a great experience! We are new to Georgetown and have a new Golden Doodle. Our new pup had a great experience receiving her shots. I felt horrible just before the procedure and then each time realized how talented the team was. It was like Sophie never knew it was happening. They did such a great job distracting her and making it fun. So talented! We found our new vet!

I called this location to check into availability for a same day appointment (a rarity on weekends). While they were understandably booked up, an incredibly kind and compassionate staff member named Angela called me back with alternate options and took the time to ask after my baby's condition and mood. She offered kind words of comfort hearing I'd recently lost one of my cats and expressed genuine care and compassion (while simultaneously providing good insight/advice). I will absolutely be seeing them in the future; I was totally blown away by the genuine care shown to me, a person they would not necessarily ever see. An amazing experience.
