My cats and I were temporarily displaced and about three weeks in, my male decided to stop eating. The local vet didn't have space for an urgent appointment but recommended Three Creeks urgent care as they were close. We ended up visiting twice in the same week and my boy received amazing care. The folks in the front were great on the phone and at the desk. The vet, assistants and technicians were kind and skilled. I couldn't have asked for better. Thanks to everyone at Three Creeks for their care and kindness. Thanks to you, my boy is back to baseline.

I recently rescued an older dog and took her in to be seen for a general urgent care exam to get a baseline picture of her health and to receive help regarding her skin issues she'd been struggling with before she was brought into the shelter. The female doctor I saw was very thorough during her physical exam, as well as extremely gentle and patient with my nervous girl. She noticed things during her exam I initially didn't, which gave me the opportunity and choice to not only treat her skin issues I came in for, but also get a full work up and ask questions regarding the things I didn't. I appreciate her patience with my questions and concerns, and I feel that my new pup got the best care she could've. I will definitely be coming back if i have any urgent care needs and wouldn't hesitant to recommend them! Thank you Three Creeks and Dr. Johansen!

They got me in within 20 minutes of my calling. They were friendly while still being professional. I didn't feel pressured or shamed to do more than I could afford. They didn't price gouge me for being a distressed pet parent. I got affordable meds and assurance that if things didn't improve I would be more than welcome to call again. I only wish they were a proper vet office not just urgent care. I would be a loyal patient for life.

Great people, great clinic! Minor error with online scheduling but they called me soon after I made the booking to get my pup rescheduled. Super nice staff, informative doctor and clean clinic. I will absolutely bring my pets here again if an urgent matter comes up. Thanks to the awesome peeps at Three Creeks!

This place has helped so many of our pets, they are awesome. Charles especially was a very kind heart when we needed it most. They are also the most reasonably priced urgent care in the greater area, its not much more than most vets charge for a regular office visit that is weeks out. They recently helped my cat the same day for less than Dove Lewis and many others quoted me.

I HIGHLY advise taking your beloved fur baby to a real vet hospital! They will be more competent and charge much less. Three Creek urgent care has ZERO compassion and ZERO accountability taken from this clinic, particularly its practice manager, Michelle. Sadly, the extended pain and suffering to my poor little guy could have been prevented if the doctor at this clinic would have done a thorough exam. Keep in mind, I arrived right when this clinic opened and we were the only patient in the office suite so there was no excuse for being too busy or for their huge oversight. I brought my 2 year old kitty in due to being lethargic and weak. The female Dr. who examined him missed a gaping wound on his neck. He is a long haired kitten so I understand it would not be visible at a glance since neither myself or my husband saw it either. However, I watched as this female dr just felt around on his stomach, checked his ears and looked at his paws and said she didnt see anything concerning. Instead of thoroughly examining him, she recommended nearly $1000 in bloodwork and other services that didn't help him at all. We were in and out in about 30 minutes, paid the hefty exam fee and paid for the full bloodwork services and was then sent sent home to wait for results that would take 24 hours to get back .... As his condition worsened, I decided to take my fur baby to a very competent hospital where they did a full and complete exam, found his wound, flushed it out, hydrated him and gave him the medical attention he truly needed and for half the price that Three Creeks Urgent Care charged! When Three Creek clinic finally called me back the next day with lab results, a different male dr told me they found nothing concerning other than a slight concentrated urine analysis and offered to give a hydration treatment and antibiotic, "just in case" and the male dr suggested I move forward with feline leukemia testing and other services that would have cost a minimum of an additional $500 just to start! There was no way I was bringing my fur baby back these incompetent drs to draw more blood and merely guess at what they should do to treat him... I'm so grateful I didn't go back to Three Creeks Urgent care or take their belated and educated guessed-assessment offer of services. Instead, I took him to a much more highly rated and respected local hospital where he received the care he desperately needed. When I reached out to Three Creeks Urgent Care manager to explain what happened and that they completely missed my cats condition, the practice manager, Michelle said she didn't feel they did anything wrong, and went on to say that the wound must have appeared after we left their clinic and that no refund or compensation would be given (not even the $120 exam fee) and she went on to confidently say that her decision was final. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, Michelle said "my supervisor trusts my decision and he will back me 100%" I respectfully asked if she would give me his name and corporate number anyway. Michelle replied, "I dont feel the need to give that to you and you can look up corporate number online"... Michelle then said have a nice day and hung up. This clinic has zero compassion for the additional pain and suffering my fur baby had to endure due to their negligence. (The only reason I gave 1 star is because there was one front desk staff who was very kind to us, otherwise, I would give this clinic a zero star if possible.)
