There truly are not enough words for how wonderful and amazing the staff here are. I’m forever grateful for the extra time they helped us get with our little man Romeo. The heartfelt compassion and kindness they gave us when we had to say goodbye to our precious heart dog of 15 years. We love you all dearly for that. You are a part of our family now, always. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! Reason for me to write this review is pretty simple and easy and I’ll make sure to keep it short so you know don’t spend your time and money here for they will just want every cent and try and kill your pet. If you want to believe me if you don’t that is your decision of course at the end of the day, long story short I switched to this location about 2 years ago for they were the only ones who could perform a surgery on one of my pet’s. They’ve had both of my dogs on file for the last few year’s, my oldest dog ended up getting a slight swelling in which I brought in her to be looked at, first I was told it was nothing to worry and to just provide a pill a day for my dog and all will be well. Three days passed and then my dogs nose started to swell, brought her back in again and they said they needed to do xray and blood in which we did for them to tell us she had stage four lung cancer and will need to be put down soon for they can’t find out how long she has. We decided we didnt’t want to say goodbye just yet for her blood work came back healthy so nothing showed her body shutting down. From there they prescribed 3 more pills so at this point we’re giving our dog 4 fills, from there pills it made our dogs face swell from nose, cheeks, and eyes making her look completely different and we had to switch to soft food due to her not being able to open her face. We did more research and found out the true cause of our dog and they were wrong. We asked to be proscribed one simple medicine that costed $42 rather than the $2000 they had us spend just to say they wanted to put our dog down. End of story after battling for three days to get the true medicine to help our dog they finally gave it to us and a week after her taking the true medicine her face is back to normal, her energy is back, and she’s nowhere close to dying. So believe it if you’d like but stay far far away. They don’t care about you, your pets, or anything other than how much they can make. You will see in the first photo what happened to her after the random meds they had her on, compared to the second photo showing her after we gave her what she truly needed. Stay away!!!

After years of going here with multiple dogs I am completely done with this vet office. When Dr G was a partner here I loved this vet clinic. They did an amazing job and always helped our sick dogs. In the past year with the new ownership this place sucks. Our puppy was very, very sick and they have no availability to see him, an established patient, and can make no accommodations to help- the only advise? Go to their partner hospital and pay 3x as much as it should cost. Done, done, done. This place gives me the ick.

Dr. Culver took amazing care of Casper. She was always extremely gentle, kind, and thorough in her exams with him. Unfortunately he didn’t get to stay with us and we had Dr. Zylstra put our baby to sleep since Dr. Culver wasn’t in the office. He was so kind and gave us as much time as we needed to process/say our goodbyes. Can’t thank you all enough for the love and care you gave Casper- beginning to end. *also loved the front desk team as well. Always remembered Casper & were so lovely at our final appointment.*

I purchased 3 vouchers from Groupon thinking I was going to need them. Once the Groupons expire on Groupon, they refused to honor the certificates. Even though I can still view the Vouchers, they're unused. I asked if they could add the credit to my account or be refunded what I paid. Nothing. In the instructions to redeem, it only said to pull up voucher with mobile app, appointment required and to present voucher at your appointment. Last step "enjoy." Groupon website states the voucher may always be redeemed at the merchant who issued it for AT LEAST the amount paid for it. Even if the promotional value expired. The Merchant is solely responsible for honoring the voucher for the paid amount. This clinic wouldn't even do that. Stay away. They're a scam.
